The promo will run from November 30-December 19, 2023.
Open to all Maya users buying load for another mobile number in Maya App during the indicated promo period.

The mobile number who purchased the load gets a 20% cashback for every load purchase. Max. of P100 cashback per user.
The mobile number recipient must be Smart/TNT/SmartBro to qualify.
Qualified users will receive their cashback in the form of a claimable cashback voucher.
To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Qualified users will receive their cashback anytime from their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
Redemption of vouchers is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Cashback vouchers not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
5. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
