Cignal Raffle Promo November and December Mechanics

1. This promo is from November 1-30, 2023 and December 1-31, 2023.
2. Upgraded Maya users who buy load in Maya App of any Cignal, Satlite & Cignal Play load during the particular month will be automatically qualified for the raffle promo.
3. To join, a subscriber should successfully buy Cignal, Satlite or Cignal Play in Maya App using their Maya available wallet credit with in a particular promo month only. After promo month, entries will be back to zero as a start of another promo month.
4. For the raffle entry customer registration details: complete name, address and contact number shall be collated from the MAYA APP.
5. 1 successful load transaction = 1 raffle entry.
6. Deadline of submission of entries for the following month.
   1. For Nov 1-31 cut-off: Nov 30, 2023 at 11:59pm
   2. For Dec 1-30 cut-off: Dec 31, 2023 at 11:59pm
7. Users can earn multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted.
8. Qualified users may win only once regardless of the number of raffle entries earned during the entire promo period. Non-winning raffle entries will be included in succeeding raffle draws (if applicable).

10. Users will be notified of the status of their raffle entries via in-app notification (upon systems verification and once the raffle entries are credited)
11. The raffle draws, which will be with the participation of a DTI representative, and announcement of winners through Maya’s social media account/s.
12. Every raffle draw will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prizes to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
13. Tax including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 and other expense that will be incurred in relation to prize shall be shouldered by Cignal TV.
14. For NCR winners, address of redemption center is at Cignal TV office, 5th Floor Launchpad Building,Reliance corner Sheridan Mandaluyong City. For provincial winners, shipping cost of the prize will be c/o Cignal TV Inc.
15. To claim prize winner must present, email of confirmation from Cignal TV, valid identification card. If outside Metro Manila, prize will be delivered via courier on the address given by the winner.
16. Only users with upgraded Maya accounts can get a chance to win raffle prizes. A user whose mobile number or name was drawn but does not have an upgraded account will not be considered a winner.
17. The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
18. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
19. Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
20. All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
21. Prizes are non-transferable.
22. Redemption period of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.
23. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
24. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
25. Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos
26. Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
27. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
28. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or are suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
29. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards or prizes where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation.
30. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the reward or prize given.
31. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
32. All regular and contractual employees of Cignal TV, Inc., MediaQuest Holdings, PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Maya Bank, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle.
