Eligibility
1. APPLY: New subscribers of RED Fiber, internet only or dual play subscription, who applied beginning December 2, 2023, and has the service installed on or before January 31, 2024, are qualified to join this promo.
2. PAY: All existing RED Fiber active subscribers who shall pay their RED Fiber monthly billing using the Maya mobile applicaton or the Maya payment option/channel via the RED Fiber payment portal are automatically qualified to join the raffle to be one of the ten (10) lucky winners of Maya shopping credit worth P50,000. Only one raffle Maya payment instance is needed to qualify for this raffle and payment must be made on or before January 31, 2024.

Earning of raffle entries

Eligible subscribers and respective qualified transactions shall earn the following corresponding raffle entries for the raffle:

Eligible subscribers shall automatically earn the raffle entries and there is no need to fill-up or accomplish any registration form.

Qualified “APPLY” entries and “PAY” entries are automatically added on the Radius file of qualified entries, which contains the following customer information, and this information are collected at the point of the application process for “APPLY”, and the point of payment posting for “PAY”

Deadline to earn raffle entries: January 31, 2024
Determination of winners
1. All qualified customers to participate on the raffle will be loaded in the Radius Raffle Engine.
2. The drawing of the ten (10) winners will be held on February 9, 2024 at Radius’ Head Office at 12/F Tower 2 Rockwell Business Center, Meralco Compound Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City, in the presence of an official DTI Representative and witnessed by One Radius Officer and One Radius IT Technical personnel.
3. Winners will be notified via email, their Maya Account, or SMS and their names will be posted on RED Fiber Facebook social media official account.
4. The actual P50,000 prize shall be automatically credited to the Maya account of the winner after the raffle draw and determination of winners. They will also receive a congratulatory message which will be sent to the Inbox of their Maya account.
5. The raffle prize of P50,000 pesos worth of Maya Credits has no expiration date.
6. The electronic raffle shall be set-up such that a qualified customer can only win once.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligible RED Fiber subscribers must have a verifiable payment transaction made on the Maya mobile application or Maya payment option via the RED Fiber customer Dashboard, and the payment must be posted on the subscriber’s RED Fiber account record.
2. For PAY transactions, at least one (1) Maya payment transaction is needed to qualify for the raffle promo.
3. Winners must have an existing and valid Maya account to receive the P50,000 shopping credit. The name of the raffle winner in his/her Maya account should be the same with his/her full name on record with RED Fiber. Otherwise, their winning prize shall be forfeited. The shopping credit is not transferable nor convertible to cash.
4. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Radius.
5. Radius has the sole discretion to deny or approve the subscriber application of any prospective customer for just cause.
6. RED Fiber Plans have a contract lock-in period of twenty-four (24) months provided that a different lock-in period may apply depending on other available special promo offers. The raffle winner shall be charged with the full value of the Maya shopping credit received if the RED Fiber subscription under this Promo is cancelled within the lock-in period.
7. Existing Radius Telecoms, Inc.’s (“Radius”) credit policies and requirements shall apply.
8. Existing aftersales, pre-termination handling, and RED Fiber Terms and Conditions shall apply.
9. A breach by the subscriber of the above mechanics and terms shall be a reason for the forfeiture of the prize.
10. Radius shall have the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the raffle winners in any mode or manner as it deems appropriate. Participating in this Promo shall amount to consent to disclose the subscriber’s personal data, including the sharing of the raffle winners' names and mobile numbers to Maya for the crediting of the prizes.
Exclusions
1. Employees and consultants of Radius, the promotion agency, i.e., McCann World Group, their subsidiaries, and participating outlets, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
2. All regular and contractual employees of Cignal TV, Inc., MediaQuest Holdings, PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Maya Bank, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle.
3. RED Fiber subscribers who are temporarily disconnected and have been permanently disconnected or with previous unpaid arrears with Radius for any of its products and services are not eligible to avail of this promo.
