1. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya users who will purchase Smart Prepaid load via Maya Shop
2. Promo runs from March 12-31, 2021
3. To qualify for the raffle, Smart subscribers will have to buy load P200, P500, and/or 1000 via Maya
4. Raffle entries will be earned for every SKU purchased. Raffle entries are as follows:
   1. P200 load = 1 raffle entry
   2. P500 load = 3 raffle entries
   3. P1000 load = 7 raffle entries
5. Consumer journey
   1. Subscriber loads Smart Prepaid SKUs via Maya Shop
   2. Subscriber/ loader’s MIN earns raffle entries for the SKUs purchased during the promo period
   3. Raffle draw will be conducted by Maya on April 1, 2022
   4. Smart and Maya to announce winners on April 8, 2022
6. Winners can have multiple entries but can only win once for the whole promo duration. They will be notified via SMS/Email.
7. Maya seeks the delivery address of the winner for the prize.
8. Smart sends the Factbook to the winner’s declared address.
9. A total of 100pcs of photo books will be given away to Smart Prepaid subscribers
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
11. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.    
12. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).   
13. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.  
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.   
16. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.  Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.  
17. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
18. Employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity of SMART and Maya are disqualified to join the raffle.
19. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity may be attended through the Smart hotline *888 from Monday to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Holidays.
20. Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to SMART and Maya regarding the raffle entries earned.  All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
