2. Promo will run from January 28 – February 20, 2022.
3. Maya Subscribers who will buy the P500 and P1000 Regular Load for Smart/TNT will get a chance to get raffle entries for a chance to win Maya credits.
   • Smart P500 – 5 raffle entries
   • Smart P1000 – 10 raffle entries

4. Raffle draws will be done every week:

   1st Minor Draw	February 7, 2022	5 winners of P 10,000 Maya Credits
   2nd Minor Draw	February 14, 2022	5 Winners of P10,000 Maya Credits
   Major Raffle Draw	February 21, 2022	1 Winner of P100,000 Maya Credits

4. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. Eligible subscribers are allowed to avail 2x within the whole promo duration.

   Example computation:

   • User availed SKU 500 gets 5 raffle entries and availed again SKU 1000 with 10 raffle entries. User then gets 15 raffle entries in total.
5. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
6. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
7. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
8. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
9. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
10. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity may be attended through the Smart hotline *888 from Monday to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except Holidays.
11. Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to SMART and Maya regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
