1. Promo runs on April 25, 2023, from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
2. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accountholders only who will transact during the promo period from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
3. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

5% CASHBACK ON SATLITE LOAD PURCHASES

1. Promo runs on April 25, 2023 from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
2. Users are qualified for a 5% cashback voucher when they purchase any of the following Satlite Load items on Shop:
   1. Satlite Load 99
   2. Satlite Load 199
3. Each user can only redeem a cashback voucher once (1x) throughout the whole promo.
4. The promo is open to Maya Basic and Upgraded users.
5. To redeem a cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
6. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
7. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days.

1. This promo is the ongoing Unli Cashback Promo (Click here for more details).
2. The promo will run from April 1-30, 2023.
3. The promo is open to selected new and existing upgraded Maya users only who bought less than Php1000 total load from March 2023, and who will buy load in the Maya Shop during the indicated promo period.
4. Qualified users will get Php25 cashback for every accumulated PHP500 worth of load purchases from April 1-30, 2023. Minimum spend of Php99 single-receipt load purchase to reach Php500 worth of total load purchase.
5. The promo is open to self-loading and gifted purchases.
6. The following prepaid load items in the Maya app are NOT includedfor the promo
   1. Smart Exclusive load items
   2. Cignal prepaid load items
7. Qualified users will receive their cashback in the form of a claimable cashback voucher.
8. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:

FREE TREATS AT JOLLIBEE WITH YOUR MAYA VISA CARD

1. This promo is the ongoing Free Treats at Jollibee with your Maya Visa Card promo (Click here for more details).
2. This promo is open to all Visa Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholders.
3. The promo period is from February 15, 2023 to March 1, 2023. Promo is extended until April 30, 2023, as approved by DTI-FTEB.
4. To qualify for the promo, the Cardholder should use any qualified Visa card within the promo period for a minimum food purchase of PHP 500 at any Jollibee participating store.
5. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to one (1) FREE Jollibee treat of their choice from the list below:

6. The Cardholder is allowed to participate anytime within the promo period and has no limit on number of transactions provided he/she will reach the minimum purchase requirement.

8. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

10. To maintain quality and freshness, all redeemed food products must be consumed within one (1) hour from receipt thereof.

4. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
5. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
6. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
8. Maya users with duplicate accounts or transactions cannot participate in this promo/raffle. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
9. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
10. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
11. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
12. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
14. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
15. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
16. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
18. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
