Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from December 16 to 18, 2020; December 23 to 25, 2020; December 30, 2020 to January 1, 2021; January 6 to 9, 2021; January 13 to 15, 2021; January 6 to 9, 2021; January 13 to 15, 2021; and January 20 to 22, 2021.
2. This promo is open to new and existing PayMaya users who will buy the following prepaid load in the PayMaya app: 
   1. Globe Go 140
3. To qualify for the promo, user must purchase any of the identified prepaid load denominations available in the PayMaya app.
4. For each qualified PayMaya Globe Go 140 load transaction made during the promo period, users will earn a Go Surf 15 reward.  
5. The promo is applicable to Globe Go 140 load transactions only.
6. Upon successful purchase of the Globe Go 140, the Go Surf 15 will be received by PayMaya user who purchased the prepaid load.
7. if Globe 140 is sent as a gift, the sender will be recipient of the reward of Go Surf 15
8. Qualified users will receive their reward any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.   
9. The maximum reward each participating user is 4 GoSurf15 for the whole promo duration.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
11. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
12. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
13. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
15. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
16. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
