2. Promo is open to PayMaya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, PayMaya marketing materials, or digital ads:

3. Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, PayMaya marketing materials, or digital ads within a given month are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month.
4. Qualified users who will do ALL of the following transactions within the same month will receive a PHP 100 cashback voucher.

5. A qualified user is only eligible for the PHP 100 reward for a maximum of ONCE per month during the promo period.
6. Sending money via Smart Padala to a PayMaya user (Consumer account) is not eligible for the reward.
7. The promo is open to the following load items available in the PayMaya Shop

8. Purchasing of the following load items will not qualify for the promo:

   8. ALL Free Bee load Items
9. Gifting of prepaid load (a user buying prepaid load for a mobile number other than his/ her own PayMaya mobile number) is not a valid transaction and will not be considered for the reward.
10. Bill payments to billers under the “Donations” and “Others” categories in the PayMaya app are not eligible for the reward.
11. Only those bills payment transactions that have been settled and posted on the side of the biller within the promo period will be qualified for the promo reward
12. The reward shall be awarded via a PHP 100 cashback voucher. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
13. Qualified users will receive the cashback from the time of their qualified transaction up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period has ended.
14. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
15. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
16. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
17. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
18. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.    
19. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
20. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
