1. Promo period is from March 12 to March 31, 2022.
2. Promo is open to PayMaya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, PayMaya marketing materials, or digital ads:

3. Qualified users who will do ANY of the following transactions during the promo period will receive a P50 reward. A minimum transaction amount of P100 is required.
   1. Buy load for yourself
   2. Pay a bill via the PayMaya app
   3. Send money to another PayMaya user
   4. Shop with PayMaya virtual or physical card
   5. Pay with your number on PayMaya’s partner online merchants
   6. Scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR
   7. Cash in
4. The P50 reward can only be availed of ONCE during the promo period.
5. Sending money must be done using the “Send Money” feature in the PayMaya app. Sending money via Smart Padala to a PayMaya user (Consumer account) is not eligible for the P50 reward.
6. Buying load for oneself is eligible for the P50 reward. Gifting of prepaid load (a user buying prepaid load for a mobile number other than his/ her own PayMaya mobile number) is not a valid transaction and will not be considered for the P50 reward.
7. Bill payments to COL Financial and all billers under the “Donation”, “Payment Solutions”, and “Others” categories are not eligible for the P50 bonus reward.
8. Receiving money from other PayMaya users via the “Send Money” feature is not a valid Cash In transaction and is not eligible for the reward.
9. Cashing in via PayMaya Negosyo Basic is excluded from this promo and will not be considered for the reward.
10. The reward shall be awarded via a cashback voucher. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
11. For Bills Payment and Shopping (using a PayMaya virtual or physical card or paying with your PayMaya number) transactions, the P50 reward shall be awarded to the user once the transaction has been confirmed and posted by the biller or online merchant.
12. For other transaction types, the P50 reward may be awarded any time after the valid transaction to up to 14 business days after the promo period.
13. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
15. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
16. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
17. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.    
18. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
19. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
