1. Promo period is from September 1 to December 31, 2022.
2. Promo is open to Maya users (Consumer accounts only) who will receive the following targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads:

3. Only users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notifications, Maya marketing materials, or digital ads within a given month are qualified to participate in the promo during the same month. A user who did not receive the targeted marketing notification in a given month is not qualified to join the promo in the same month.
4. Qualified users who will do ANY of the following transactions in the given month will receive a P50 reward. A minimum transaction amount of P100 is required.
   1. Buy load
   2. Pay a bill via the Maya app
   3. Send money to another Maya user
   4. Shop with Maya virtual or physical card
   5. Pay with your number on Maya’s partner online merchants
   6. Scan-to-pay with Maya QR
5. The P50 reward can only be availed of ONCE per month during the promo period.
6. Sending money must be done using the “Send Money” feature in the Maya app. Sending money via Smart Padala to a Maya user (Consumer account) is not eligible for the P50 reward.
7. Bill payments to COL Financial and all billers under the “Donations”, “Payment Solutions”, and “Others” categories are not eligible for the P50 reward.
8. QR payments made to Maya Negosyo merchants are not qualified for the promo.
9. The reward shall be awarded via a cashback voucher. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
10. For Bills Payment and Shopping (using a Maya virtual or physical card or paying with your Maya number) transactions, the P50 reward shall be awarded to the user once the transaction has been confirmed and posted by the biller or online merchant.
11. For other transaction types, the P50 reward may be awarded any time after the valid transaction to up to 14 business days after the promo period.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
16. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
17. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
18. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
