Get rewards when you register for an account and buy load using PayMaya

1. Promo will run from August 20 – September 19, 2021
2. Promo is open to Smart or TNT users who will register to PayMaya and make their first ever Smart/TNT prepaid load purchase in the PayMaya Shop.
3. The newly-registered PayMaya users will be rewarded a PayMaya Credits voucher (worth PHP60 for Smart, and worth PHP30 for TNT) once they complete the following steps in the sequence provided below
   1. Download the PayMaya app and register using the code “SMRT1” for Smart users, or “TNT1” for TNT users.

4. The newly registered PayMaya user will also get an additional cashback voucher (worth PHP 30 for Smart users and worth PHP 10 for TNT users)when they make their FIRST ever Smart/TNT Prepaid load purchase in the PayMaya Shop within the first fifteen (15) days of the promo period (August 20 – September 3, 2021)
   1. A minimum transaction worth P100 is required
5. The maximum reward that can be received during the promo period is as follows:
   1. PHP 90 for Smart users
   2. PHP 40 for TNT users
6. To redeem the reward vouchers, users should follow the steps below:
   1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen of the app
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. The redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
   7. Qualified users will receive their voucher any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen

8. The reward will not be given if an existing PayMaya user creates another account using a different mobile number.
9. Any user who uses another referral/invite code, upgrades his/her account after the end of the promo period will not receive the reward.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
11. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
12. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
13. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
14. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies PayMaya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
