1. The promo will run from July 1-31, 2022
2. The promo is open to all existing Maya upgraded users (consumer accounts only) who will buy data bundles from any of the following telco providers available in the Maya Shop:
   1. Smart, TNT, PLDT
   2. Globe, TM
   3. DITO
3. Qualified users will get P100 worth of Razer Gold codes when they make a single-receipt purchase of data bundles load worth at least P100 and above from Maya Shop.
4. User can only earn a maximum of P100 worth of Razer Gold codes for the whole promo duration. Users will only be rewarded once.
5. Purchases for gifting are NOT included in this promo and will not earn rewards.
6. Payments made via the Maya virtual or physical card are NOT included in this promo and will not earn rewards.
7. Qualified users will receive their Razer Gold codes through their app or via text message. User will only be able to view their gaming code in the shop purchase history if their Maya app is updated to the latest version.
8. Any reward credited/awarded to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya any of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
9. Maya users with merchant and Negosyo accounts, and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
11. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
12. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited.  Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
14. Maya users with merchant and negosyo accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
15. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
16. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
