1. Promo runs on October 4 , 2022 from 5:00PM to 8:00 PM only.
2. This promo is open to all Maya consumer accountholders only who will transact during the promo period from 5:00PM-8:00 PM only.
3. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

   50% CASHBACK ON HBO GO ON MAYA SHOP

   1. Users are qualified for a 50% cashback voucher when they purchase an HBO GO subscription on Maya Shop.
   2. The promo is open to Maya Basic and Upgraded users.

   P99 CASHBACK WHEN YOU BUY P99 LOAD and P99 CRYPTO

   1. Users can earn a P99 cashback when they complete both activities in no specific order:
      1. Buy a minimum of P99 load on Shop (Smart, TNT, Globe, TM, Dito only)
      2. Buy a minimum of P99 worth of any Crypto coin
   2. Purchase of Load must be to the user’s registered number only and cannot be gifted to another number.
   3. The following transactions will not be qualified from participating in the promo:
      1. Prepaid load gifting to other Maya accounts
      2. Receiving prepaid load from other Maya accounts
      3. Buying prepaid load from the other load sellers using your Maya Number
      4. Buying prepaid load from other load sellers using your Maya virtual or physical card
   4. Purchase of minimum P99 load must be done in one load transaction only
   5. Purchase of minimum P99 worth of any Crypto coin must be done in one Buy Crypto transaction only
   6. Each user can redeem the promo up to one (1x) time only.
   7. The promo is only open to Maya Upgraded users.

   1. This promo is open to all Basic and Upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will purchase select items from cokebeverages.ph and pay with Maya at checkout.
   2. Valid order transactions under the promo are those successfully transacted in cokebeverages.ph whether direct from website or through Maya Mall found in the Maya app.
   3. Each user is eligible to receive equivalent cashback if they meet the following conditions:
      1. Get 10% cashback for every purchase of Coke Vanilla Pack of 6s (worth Php 186)
      2. Get 25% cashback for every purchase of Coke Vanilla Pack of 12s (worth Php 372)
      3. Get 10% cashback for every purchase of Schweppes Ginger Ale Pack of 6s (worth Php138)
      4. Get 25% cashback for every purchase of Schweppes Ginger Ale Pack of 12s (worth Php 276)
   4. Each user can redeem the promo multiple times for as long as within promo duration.
   5. There will be no cap amount for the cashback.
4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
5. To redeem a cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
6. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Additionally, only users who create a Consumer account using the Maya app will be qualified to participate.
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
8. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
11. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
13. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
15. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
