Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from February 1 to 28, 2022.
  2. This promo is open to PayMaya users who registered to PayMaya and are and active from December 2021 to January 2022.
  3. Qualified users are qualified for a 100% discount on their load purchases for Smart, Globe, Sun, TNT, and DITO when they complete the following in order:
      1. Maintain a wallet balance of Php 500.00 for a minimum of two days prior to load purchase in step 3b
      2. Purchase load on Shop. Load purchase must be to the user’s registered number only and cannot be gifted to another user.

    There will be a maximum of P100 cashback voucher for basic users and maximum of P200 cashback voucher for upgraded users.  

  4. Purchase of Load must be to the user’s registered number only and cannot be gifted to another number.
  5. The following transactions will not be qualified from participating in the promo:
    1. Prepaid load gifting to other PayMaya accounts
    2. Receiving prepaid load from other PayMaya accounts
    3. Buying prepaid load from the other load sellers using your PayMaya Number
    4. Buying prepaid load from other load sellers using your PayMaya virtual or physical card
  6. Each user can participate up only to one (1) time during the promo duration.
  7. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  8. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
  9. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  10. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
  11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
  12. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
  13. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw and/or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
  14. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
  15. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited.  PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  16. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
  17. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
