A. General Mechanics

1. The promo will run from July 1-31, 2022
2. The promo is open to new and existing Maya upgraded users (consumer accounts only) who will buy prepaid load within the promo period
3. Qualified users will earn a raffle entry for every single-receipt purchase of prepaid load worth at least P100 for a chance to be one (1) of twenty five (25) lucky winners of P1,000
4. The promo is open to the following load items available in the Maya in-app Shop:
   1. Smart, TNT, Sun
   2. PLDT Home FamLoad
   3. Globe, TM
   4. DITO
   5. Cherry Prepaid
   6. Free Bee
5. A total of twenty five (25) Maya users will win PHP 1,000 each weekly, and 2 winners will win P500,000 each in the grand draw at the end of the promo period (please refer to the table below)

6. A qualified Maya user can only win ONCE (1x) per promo run.
7. The computation for raffle entries is indicated below:
   1. 1 single-receipt purchase of loads= 1 raffle entry
8. Qualified participants will receive a SMS notification after each successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
9. The deadline for earning raffle entries is July 31, 2022, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
10. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
11. Raffle entries earned from the entire duration of the promo are cumulative for the Grand Prize only.
12. The schedule of the raffle draw is indicated as follows:

13. The raffle draw will be conducted over Microsoft Teams with the presence of an authorized DTI-FTEB representative.
14. All cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s Maya app in the form of a cashback voucher
15. To redeem the cashback voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
16. The list of raffle winners will be posted on Maya’s official Facebook page
17. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, and phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. Maya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 18. To claim their prizes, all winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph in order to claim their prize.
19. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
20. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
21. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
22. Promo prizes are non-convertible
23. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
24. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
25. All regular and contractual employees of Maya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), Voyager Innovations, Inc., their affiliates, advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
