1. The promo will run from March 10 – 31, 2022.
2. The promo is open to all new and existing PayMaya users (consumer accounts only) who will receive the following marketing notifications via SMS, push notification, PayMaya marketing materials and digital ads:
   1. Get up to P100 when you log-in to your PayMaya app, plus get a chance to win P100,000 when you buy buy load, gaming pins, pay a bill or send money using PayMaya after logging in!
3. Qualified users will get a random cashback each time they buy load, buy gaming pins, pay a bill, or pay online using their PayMaya-linked mobile number after logging in each day in the indicated promo period
4. In addition, qualified users will also receive a raffle entry for each qualified PayMaya transaction completed each day of the promo for a chance to win PHP 100,000 at the end of the promo period.
5. The minimum spend required to qualify for the promo is indicated as follows:

6. For each qualified PayMaya transaction made during the promo period, users will earn one of the following:
   1. PHP 10
   2. PHP 100
7. Qualified users will receive the random cashback reward once (1x) per promo day. The maximum accumulated cashback each participating user can earn during the promo period is PHP 1,000.
8. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app
9. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
10. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
11. Qualifies users will receive an in-app Push Notification after each successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
12. The computation of raffle entries will be as follows:
    1. 1 buy load transaction = 1 raffle entry
    2. 2 bills paid within the promo duration = 2 raffle entries
13. The deadline for earning raffle entries is March 31, 2022, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
14. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
15. The winners will be drawn on April 4, 2022, 11:00 AM, via Microsoft Teams in the presence of a DTI representative.
16. Winners will be notified by PayMaya via registered mail, their PayMaya registered email address and mobile number. Winners should present the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes to PayMaya:
    1. Personal Information
    2. Valid ID
17. Upon receipt of registered mail, email, winners will be given until 60 days receipt to claim the prize, otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Paymaya with prior DTI approval
18. With prior approval of DTI, PayMaya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
19. Announcement of raffle winners will be done on or before 14 business days after the raffle draw
20. The names of the raffle winners will be released and posted on PayMaya’s official Facebook page
21. Prizes will be credited directly to the PayMaya wallet of the winners within 14 days from the official announcement. The prizes are non-expiring.
22. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by PayMaya Philippines Inc.
23. The prizes are convertible to cash and transferrable because these will be credited to the total balance of the winner’s PayMaya wallet which allows him or her to do any kind of transaction right after.
24. The winners will be notified via registered email, SMS, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. An authorized PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. PayMaya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on PayMaya’s Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 25. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
26. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner shall get the prize with a higher value.
27. The prizes of winners will be credited directly to their PayMaya account.
28. All winners have to send a copy of a valid government ID to support@paymaya.com before their prize will be credited to their PayMaya account. Redemption period is 60 days upon receipt of notification from PayMaya Philippines, Inc.
29. PayMaya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
30. PayMaya is fully responsible for the operation of the PayMaya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
31. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
32. Bills payment or donations made for specific categories listed below will not qualify for the promo reward or the raffle:
    1. All billers under “Donations” category
    2. All billers under “Payment Solutions” category
    3. COL financial
33. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
34. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
35. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

37. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
