NEW USER EXCLUSIVE: Get 20% cashback when you buy Smart or TNT load!

1. This promo is open to Smart and TNT subscribers only who will successfully register and upgrade their Maya account from July 25 to August 31, 2022.
2. Eligible subscribers will get P20 from the Welcome Reward promo upon registration.
3. Qualified users must then upgrade their account after registration to avail of the 20% cashback promo.
4. Once upgraded, the qualified user will be eligible to a 20% cashback for self-load transactions, valid for Smart & TNT products only. Max cashback of P100 per user.

   Sample computation:

   Transaction	Reward 20% cashback , capped at P100
   User purchases P100 load on 1st transaction	P20
   2nd transaction is P400	P 80
   3rd transaction is P100	*No cashback as user already availed the maximum P100 reward per month. User can avail again the reward on the next month if the promo is extended.

5. Rewards will be instantly credited to the user’s Maya wallet.
6. They will be notified via automated SMS once their reward are credited to their Maya wallets.
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid consumer Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
8. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
9. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
10. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
11. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
12. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
13. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
14. If a system error occurs, Maya users will receive reward/s within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period or after the complaint is received by Maya.
15. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
16. Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to SMART and Maya regarding their transactions. All aspects of the promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.
