1. The promo will run from March 17 to April 11, 2023.
2. The promo is open to new and existing, basic and upgraded Maya users (consumer accounts only) who will buy products worth Php99 and up in the Maya Shop within the promo period only.
3. Qualified users can get a chance to win either:
   1. Php10,000 via cashback voucher or
   2. Php100,000 via cashback voucher
4. Qualified users must buy any of the following in Maya Shop to get raffle entries for the prizes mentioned in section 3:
   1. A single-receipt purchase of any products (except Smart/TNT Double Giga 99 and Smart Power All 99) worth between Php99 to Php148- get 10 raffle entries
   2. A single-receipt purchase of any products worth between Php149 to Php249 (except Power All 149)- get 15 raffle entries

6. Prizes will be as follows based on the weekly draws:
   1. 1^st Draw: March 22- 5 winners of Php10,000
   2. 2^nd Draw: March 29- 5 winners of Php10,000
   3. 3^rd Draw: April 5- 5 winners of Php10,000
   4. 4^th Draw: April 12- 2 Grand winners of Php100,000
7. The deadline for earning raffle entries is April 11, 2023, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
8. A qualified Maya user can only win ONCE (1x) per weekly promo run.
9. Raffle entries earned for each run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
10. Raffle entries earned from the entire duration of the promo are cumulative for the Grand Prize only.

11. Qualified participants will receive a SMS notification after each successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
12. The raffle draw will be conducted over Microsoft Teams with the presence of an authorized DTI-FTEB representative.
13. All cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s Maya app in the form of a cashback voucher. Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 30 days upon receipt.
14. To redeem the cashback voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
15. The drawn winners will be notified by a Maya representative via phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number within 14 days after the confirmation of the raffle draw. Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
16. Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page. The promo winners will be announced anytime from date of the weekly raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after said the draw.
17. Maya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 18. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
19. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
20. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
21. Promo prizes are non-convertible
22. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
23. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
    4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
24. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., and Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
