Promo Mechanics:  

1. This promo is open to all SMART, TNT and SUN subscribers who will register to / purchase any of the following GIGA 99 packages via *123# (UMB Channel/USSD): 

Brand  GIGA 99 Variant 
Smart Video, Games, Stories (IG+FB)
TNT Video
Sun Video

 

2. Promo period is from October 15 to December 31, 2019. 
3.Upon purchasing, qualified customers will receive an SMS from SMART/TNT/SUN: 
a. SMS to provide information regarding the PayMaya offer – Get P99 reward from PayMaya after purchasing a GIGA 99 package 
b. SMS to ask recipient to opt in / provide consent to SMART to share his/her information to PayMaya: 
     i. TNT subs must text “YES PAYMAYA” to 4545 
     ii. SUN subs must text “YES PAYMAYA” to 2427 
     iii. SMART subs must text “YES PAYMAYA” to 9999 
c. Customers who opt in / provide consent will receive another SMS from PayMaya with details on how to redeem the P99 reward. 
d. Customers must opt in before his/her GIGA99 package expires or is fully consumed, whichever comes first  


4.To claim the reward, the customer must: 
a. Have an upgraded PayMaya account 
b. If the customer has a non-upgraded PayMaya account, he/she must upgrade his/her account to qualify 
c.If the customer does not have a PayMaya account at the time of his/her GIGA 99 purchase: 
     i.  Download the PayMaya app for free from the App Store or Google Play 
     ii. Register / sign up for an account
     iii. Upgrade his/her PayMaya account – For more information on how to upgrade, visit www.paymaya.com/upgrade


5. A qualified user will receive the P99 reward directly in his/her PayMaya account any time after successfully upgrading his/her account to up to seven business days thereafter. 
6. The promo is applicable to the user’s first GIGA 99 purchase during the promo period. Succeeding purchases will no longer qualify. 

7. A user may only claim the P99 reward once during the promo period. 
8.This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. 
9. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. 
10. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).  
11. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit. 
12. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo (e.g. mistake in crediting, missing rewards) within 30 days from the end of the promo period. By joining the GIGA 99 and PayMaya Promo (the “Promo”), you agree and allow SMART to use your personal information for purpose of rewarding and verification of Promo. You also acknowledge that we may share your information with the following third-parties, who assist us in providing the Promo to you as follows:

· PayMaya., to whom SMART partnered with for the disbursement and rewarding of the credits for the promo; and

· Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”), as the executive department of the Philippine Government that oversees the implementation of trade and consumer protection laws, the DTI is tasked to oversee the handling of sales promotions such as this GIGA 99 and PayMaya Promo.

The personal information that you submit may constitute personal data as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (the “Act”) and its related rules and regulations. Data privacy obligations under the Act, and as detailed in SMART’s data privacy policy, will be carried out accordingly. Rest assured that security controls are implemented to protect all information submitted, including your personal data. We would like you to know that your personal data will be kept in our records for the duration of the Promo and for a maximum of 60 days after.

The Act gives you rights in relation to the personal data that we have collected about you, including the right to object to certain ways in which we may use your data, the right to access your data at your request, the right to correct any inaccurate or outdated data about you, and the right to erase or remove your data from our records.
