Turn your cashback into savings!

1. Promo runs from January 1-31, 2023.
2. The promo is open to existing upgraded Maya users (consumer accounts only) with a Maya Savings account, and those who will a Maya Savings account within the promo period.
3. Qualified users must accomplish the tasks below in any order within the promo period to get their reward:
   1. For qualified users with no Maya Savings account yet, they must open a Maya Savings account from January 1-31, 2023
   2. Buy Smart Double Giga Video+ 50 or Smart Double Giga Video+ 99 on Shop for their Maya-registered number.
4. Qualified users can get 10% cashback when they buy any of the following data bundles on Shop within the indicated promo period:
   1. Double Giga Video+ 50
   2. Double Giga Video+ 99

5. Only self-load purchases will qualify for rewards. Gifting the load will not be eligible for any rewards.
6. Qualified users may avail of the rewards up to four times (4x) within the promo duration.
7. Rewards of qualified users will be credited directly to their Maya Savings account anytime from the date of their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period. Should there be system limitations, rewards of qualified users will instead be credited directly to their Wallet anytime from the date of their qualified transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
8. Should the user be qualified for daily interest of 6% per annum, computation and crediting of their interest earned will start on the day the reward is credited to the qualified user’s Maya Savings account.
9. For rewards credited to Savings:
   1. For each qualified transaction, users will receive their reward via direct credits to their Savings account amounting to 10% of the total qualified transaction.
   2. Users will receive a push notification or SMS once the reward is successfully credited.
   3. To view the reward to Savings, follow these steps:
      1. Open the Maya app and tap ‘Savings’
      2. Cashbacks deposited to Maya Savings will be reflected as Rewards to Savings on the Savings Transaction History screen.
10. Failure to create a Maya Savings account within the promo period will lead to expiration and forfeiture of rewards.
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
12. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
13. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withhold the granting of rewards where there is a suspected or suspicious customer activity that requires further investigation.
16. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
17. Should the qualified transaction be canceled, voided, refunded, or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/rewards credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal,
18. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
