3. Qualified users who will receive the targeted marketing notifications will be credited a FREE P80 gift in their registered PayMaya account. If left unused, the P80 gift will expire 30 days upon receipt of the PayMaya user and PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw/ deduct P80 from the user’s account.
4. Qualified users may do ANY of the following transactions during the promo period to avoid the expiration of the P80 gift:
   1. Buy load
   2. Pay a bill via the PayMaya app
   3. Send money to another PayMaya user
   4. Shop with PayMaya virtual or physical card
   5. Pay with your number on PayMaya’s partner online merchants
   6. Scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR
   7. Cash in

5. Sending money must be done using the “Send Money” feature in the PayMaya app. Sending money via Smart Padala to a PayMaya user (Consumer account) is not a valid transaction.
6. Bill payments to billers under “Payment Solutions” are not valid transactions.
7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
8. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
9. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
10. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
11. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.    
12. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
