1. Promo runs from May 1-31, 2022.
2. This promo is open to all Maya users (consumer accounts only) who reside in the Philippines, and who will purchase Razer Gold pins from the Maya app within the indicated promo period.
3. Users can participate in the promo and earn a raffle entry to win 1 of 20 prizes from Razer by accomplishing the following during promo period:
   1. Cash in at least PHP 300 during promo period AND
   2. Purchase at least PHP 100 of Razer Gold SKUs from Maya Shop. Only single purchase receipt transactions worth PHP 100 and up will qualify for 1 raffle entry.
4. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction.

5. Payments made via the Maya virtual or physical card are NOT included in this promo and will not earn a raffle entry.

7. A user can only win once during the promo duration.
8. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
9. Deadline of earning raffle entries is on May 31, 2022, 11:59PM.
10. A total of five (5) Maya users will win a prize from Razer each weekly. See raffle draw schedule below:

11. The raffle draw will be conducted over Microsoft Teams with the presence of an authorized DTI-FTEB representative.
12. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page (facebook.com/MayaIsEverything).
13. The winner will be notified via e-mail and phone call through their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
14. All winners have to send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph order to claim their prizes. Users have 60 days upon notification from PayMaya Philippines, Inc. to confirm their intent to claim their prizes.
15. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or other rewards.
16. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI.
17. With prior approval of DTI, PayMaya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
18. The winner must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
19. Maya reserves the right to use the name, images, and videos of the winner for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.

21. Who are not qualified or eligible to join the promo?
    1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Center are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    2. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
    3. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
    4. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., and the MVP Group of Companies, their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
    5. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
