PayMaya Codashop Raffle Promo

Promo Mechanics:

Promo period is from December 15, 2020 – January 15, 2021.
This promo is open to all PayMaya users (consumer accounts only) who will pay with PayMaya for their Codashop transactions or purchase Codashop gaming pins in the PayMaya app
Users can participate in the promo and earn raffle entries by performing any of the following actions during the promo period:
1. Pay via the PayMaya payment option on the Codashop website, where customers must use his/her PayMaya-registered mobile number to settle the transaction. (Please refer to appendix for the complete user experience.)
2. Purchase any of the following Codashop gaming pins* in the PayMaya app:

Every PHP100 purchase in the Codashop website will earn the user one raffle entry. Meanwhile, every PHP100 purchase of Codashop gaming pins in the PayMaya app will earn the user two raffle entries. Sample computation is as follows:

Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction.

  As of date, you have earned a total of number entries from purchasing gaming pins in the PayMaya app. Keep using PayMaya for your gaming purchases to earn more chances of winning.

Payments made via the PayMaya virtual or physical card are NOT included in this promo and will not earn a raffle entry.
Deadline of earning raffle entries is on January 15, 2021, 11:59PM.
There will be one (1) winner of a year’s worth of gaming pins equivalent to PHP 1,500 per month. The winner will receive his selected gaming pins via vouchers disbursed to his/her PayMaya account. Vouchers will expire within three (3) months of the disbursement date.
All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
The raffle draw will take place on January 18, 2020 and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The prize winners will be announced to the public on January 20, 2020. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI FTEB.
The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official PayMaya Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PayMayaOfficial).
The winner will be notified via e-mail and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
The winner must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by PayMaya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
PayMaya reserves the right to use the name, images, and videos of the winner for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Any prize or reward received by the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within 30 days from the end of the promo period. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call 8845-7788 or email support@paymaya.com.
PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., Codashop, their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
