Promo Mechanics:

Promo period is from November 27 to 30, 2020.
This promo is open to all PayMaya users (consumer accounts only) who will scan-to-pay in full with PayMaya QR at participating branches of The SM Store and select SM affiliates. No minimum spend is required to earn a cashback.
For each qualified PayMaya QR transaction, users will get two chances to earn any of the following:
1. 1% of the total qualified transaction, maximum of PHP500 per transaction
2. 10% of the total qualified transaction, maximum of PHP500 per transaction
3. 100% of the total qualified transaction, maximum of PHP500 per transaction
The maximum cashback each participating user can earn during the promo period is PHP1,000.
Simultaneously, PayMaya users can earn raffle entries for a chance to become one of six winners of PHP5,000 when they spend at least PHP100 and use PayMaya QR at any of the participating SM brands during the promo period.
Users can earn one raffle entry for every PHP100 purchase. Raffle entries will be computed as follows:
1. Less than P100 purchase amount = 0 raffle entry
2. P100 purchase amount = 1 raffle entry
3. P150 purchase amount = 1 raffle entry
4. P200 purchase amount = 2 raffle entries

Submission of Raffle Entries & Raffle Draw

Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction regarding the total number of entries they’ve earned.
All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
The raffle draw will take place on December 3, 2020 and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.

Announcement of Winners and Claiming of Prizes

The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official PayMaya Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PayMayaOfficial).
The winner will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.

Other Terms & Conditions

Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid QR transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
Prizes are non-transferable.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by PayMaya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
PayMaya reserves the right to use the names, images, and videos of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.

PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., SM Mart, Inc., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in the raffle portion of this promo.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
