Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from November 27, 2019 - February 26, 2020.
  2. This promo is open to all new and existing PayMaya users.
  3. Qualified users who will scan-to-pay at Total are entitled to get a 12% cashback or voucher at no minimum spend, capped at P1,000 per month.
    1. Month 1: November 27 – December 26, 2019
    2. Month 2: December 27, 2019 – January 26, 2020
    3. Month 3: January 27 – February 26, 2020
  4. The maximum cashback or voucher each participating user can earn is P3,000. List of participating Total branches:

    2. TOTAL VALENZUELA
  5. The cashback or voucher notification will be sent to qualified users via SMS anytime after their transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  6. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single purchase that is split into multiple transactions with the intention of redeeming more than one reward will NOT qualify.
  7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. 
  8. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. 
  9. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
  10. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
  11. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback or voucher on time. The prize or cashback or voucher can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.  
  12. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
  13. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo (e.g. mistake in crediting, missing vouchers) within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com
  14. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
