Maria Health (https://mariahealth.ph/prepaid), and use the promo code “PAYMARIAHEALTH5”.
4. The code is valid for one-time use only.

How to Avail?

1. Log on to mariahealth.ph.
2. Select desired product/s.
3. Click the shopping cart icon or navigate to mariahealth.ph/cart
4. Enter the promo code PAYMARIAHEALTH5 and click “Proceed to checkout”. The total amount will
reflect the discounted value.
5. Fill in “Payor’s contract details” and “Delivery details”. Click “Proceed to payment”.
6. Select either “Credit Card” or “PayPal” as the payment option. Click “Checkout”/
7. Select “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card” or log in to PayPal (if the user’s PayMaya card is
linked to her PayPal account).
8. Enter the PayMaya card details (name on card, card number, CVV, and expiration date), billing
address, and contact information, or select the PayMaya card from the list (if the user is logged in to
her PayPal account). Click “Pay Now”.
9. The customer will receive an order confirmation.
