- All Maya users who have upgraded and accepted Maya’s Terms and Conditions are eligible to participate in this promo, as outlined in Sections 4.17.4 and 6.5. - The names of all the winner/s will be announced on the Official Maya Deals Page only
- Maya will reach out to the winner/s within seven (7) business days after the announcement has been made on social media.
- All winner/s will be notified via in-app pushes or phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and registered snail mail. A Maya representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
- The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
- Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
- With prior approval of DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
- In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
- Maya Philippines, Inc. is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. - Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
- Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within sixty (60) days from the end of the promo period.
- Each account linking or registration must be validated within the system to qualify for the promo. Linking and registrations will not be considered to be qualified in the event that a Maya account has fraudulent activities in the past.
- Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
- All regular and contractual employees of Maya Bank, Inc., Maya Ph (Maya Philippines, Inc.), Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle.
- This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
- Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
- Maya users with duplicate accounts cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account.
- Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
- Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.
- Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
- If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, voided, refunded or declined, whether the cancellation is customer, biller or merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw.
- The rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the rewards has already been credited.
- Maya reserves the right to debit any points/reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
