You may cancel via e-mail at insure@mpioneer.com.ph, or call customer service hotline at +63 2 8812-2819 prior policy effective date. Charges and taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing time varies depending on the claim. Best to have all the proper documentation to avoid delays. You will be contacted by the insurance provider once this has been processed.
