1. Promo periods is from March 14, 2023 - April 3, 2023
2. This promo is open to new and existing Maya upgraded users (consumer accounts only), (Referrer), who uses their referral invite code during the promo period to invite their friends who are new to Maya (Referee).
3. Qualified users will earn (1) one raffle entry for every successful referral (referee) for a chance to be one (1) of ten (10) lucky winners of P10,000 every week.
4. Their referred friends (referee) need to do the following to be qualified as a successful referral:
   1. This promo is open only to customers who do not have a Maya account yet, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e. Globe/TM, DITO, etc), who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact using Maya. Additionally, only users who create a new account (consumer) using the Maya app will be qualified to participate.
   2. Create or sign up for a Maya account using the Maya app to get ₱20 Maya Wallet credits.
   3. Upgrade or verify the Maya account AND do any of the following transactions for the first time to get an additional ₱40 voucher reward. Minimum spend of ₱20 for user to qualify for the additional reward. Qualified transactions:
      1. Buy any item from Shop (only select load and data products are eligible)
      2. Pay bills through Bills Pay feature
      3. Send Money (through Send Money feature to another Maya user only)
      4. Buy Crypto
      5. Deposit to Maya Savings from your wallet
      6. Pay via Maya QR (except Negosyo QR merchants)
      7. Pay via registered Maya number
      8. Pay using Maya virtual card or physical card online or in-store

5. A total of ten (10) Maya users will win PHP 10,000 each week.

6. A qualified Maya user can only win ONCE (1x) per promo run.
7. The computation for raffle entries is indicated below:
   1. 1 successful referral = 1 raffle entry
8. Qualified participants will receive a SMS notification after each successful transaction as proof of the raffle entries they have earned.
9. The deadline for earning raffle entries is April 3, 2023, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
10. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.

12. The raffle draw will be conducted over Microsoft Teams with the presence of an authorized DTI-FTEB representative.
13. All cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s Maya app in the form of a cashback voucher
14. To redeem the cashback voucher, winners should follow these steps:
15. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
16. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
17. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
18. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
19. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
20. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
21. The list of raffle winners will be posted on Maya’s official Facebook page
22. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS, email, and phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. Maya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on Maya’s Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 23. To claim their prizes, all winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph in order to claim their prize.
24. By participating in this Promotion, the raffle winners must and do agree to be featured in announcements to be made regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
25. Maya reserves the right to use the name, image and video of the raffle winners for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with this promotion without further compensation.
26. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
27. Promo prizes are non-convertible
28. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification from Maya. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval of DTI.
29. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:
30. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
31. This promo is applicable to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
32. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
33. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
34. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., their affiliates, advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
