2. The following are disqualified from joining:
  1. Employees of MAYA Philippines and WPP Bates 141 Philippines, hereinafter the “Organizers of the Promotion”, and other official media partners and sponsors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining.
3. By joining and participating in the “Shanti Dope x MAYA Codes” contest, those qualified and interested to join the contest (the “Participant/s”) hereby confirm, agree, and acknowledge that:
  1. They have read the full mechanics of the Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions.
  2. MAYA Philiippines and WPP Bates 141 Philippines are permitted to receive their registration data as well as all personal information supplied will be used by the Organizers of Promotion in accordance with its privacy policy and only for purposes of awarding the prizes and publicity, as provided in the next succeeding paragraph.

How to Join
1. To join, participants must first be an existing upgraded/ KYC1 Maya User.
2. Watch the full “MAYA” Music Video by Shanti Dope at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hm_d4UkKKJo
3. Find the alphanumeric codes included in the music video.
4. On the. Maya app, participants must follow these instructions:
  1. Open the Maya Dashboard after login/registration and tap PROFILE or the featured banner on the dashboard.
  2. Tap MISSIONS in Profile. This will feature display the Shanti Dope x MAYA Codes Promo along with others.
  3. Tap “Shanti x Maya Cash Code Hunt” mission to view the full details and mechanics.
  4. Tap "Upgrade your Account then Enter Maya Cash Code"” and fill up the field with the alphanumeric code spotted from the MV.
How To Win
1. The participant must be the first person to enter the correct code. If the inputted code is correct, a success notification will be prompted to show that the participant has won along with an SMS confirmation message. Should the participant enter an incorrect code, an error message will be prompted.
2. A participant can submit multiple entries in the duration of the promotion. However, each participant can only win once.
3. Participants will be verified prior to being declared winners. Verification will be done as follows:
  1. Representatives from the Organizers of the Promotion will be verifying entries based on daily reports.
  2. An SMS confirmation will be sent to all participants who enter the code correctly.
  3. Upon verification, the winner will receive a confirmatory SMS including cash amount to be disbursed to their Maya wallet.
  4. Verification of winner’s identity to be done by Organizers of Promotion based on existing Maya Account Details. Maya Account Details will be confirmed by the Organizers of Promotion.
  5. The prize money will be credited to the winners’ Maya E-Wallet within 5-10 business days upon verification of the participant’s identity.
Prizes at Stake
1. There will be a total of twenty (20) prizes.
  1. 8 winners of P27 500
  2. 6 winners of P50 000
  3. 6 winners of P80 000
2. All prizes will be credited in their Maya E- Wallet and are not convertible to cash.
Procedure in Notification of Winners
1. Winners shall be notified through SMS and the Official Maya Facebook Page.
2. The Organizers of the Promotion will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by winners when claiming their prizes.
3. Upon verification of the winner’s identity, and it is discovered that this participant has already previously won a prize from the same promo, Organizers of the Promotion reserve the right to award the prize to the next in line participant in terms of order of submission of entries.
4. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days after the receipt of notification of winners with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry shall be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines.

How do I join?

You need to have a complete Maya account before you can join.
Watch the "Maya" music video by Shanti Dope at youtu.be/hm_d4UkKKJo and find the alphanumeric codes hidden throughout the video.
Log in to your Maya app and tap Missions at the very bottom of the screen.
Select the "Shanti x Maya Cash Code Hunt" Mission.
Tap "Enter Mission Code" and enter the code you found in the music video.
If the code you entered is correct, you'll receive an SMS from Maya telling you that you have received one (1) raffle entry.

How can I win?

An SMS confirmation will be sent to all winners. Winners will also receive a phone call from the organizers of the promo verifying their identity based on the information in their Maya account.

How many times can I join and win?

You can earn one (1) raffle entry for each correct code entered. You can enter all 10 codes from the music video to earn 10 raffle entries for the entire promo period.

How will I know if I've won?

An SMS confirmation will be sent to all winners. Winners will also receive a phone call from the organizers of the promo verifying their identity based on the information in their Maya account.

What are the prizes at stake?

Eight (8) winners of PHP27,500 each

If I win, how can I receive my prize?

All prizes will be sent directly to the winners' Maya Wallet. Prizes are not convertible to cash.

What happens if I'm unable to claim my prize?

If you're unable to respond three (3) times after the organizers of the promo contact you to verify your identity, we will draw another winner from the pool of valid entries and will award the prize to a different participant.

I entered the code correctly but I didn't get an SMS confirmation. What happened?

It's possible that your Maya account is not yet complete. You can complete your account for free by going to your Profile in the app.
