Use Maya to gain XP
As you use Maya to save, spend, borrow, or invest, you gain experience – or XP for short. Your XP is the number on your XP dashboard, which can go up or down every week based on how consistently you use Maya.
Level up as you go
When you gain enough XP, you’ll level up. There are 5 levels in total, which you can track on the XP dashboard or on your home screen.

Each level unlocks benefits that make Maya even more rewarding, including transaction bonuses, improved offers, and special perks you can grab for a limited time.

Go to Help and SupportWhere can I view my Maya XP?
You can view your total XP by going to your Maya XP dashboard: just log in to Maya and tap the Maya XP tile. You can also find Maya XP on the upper right corner of your dashboard, right beside the notification bell.
For a quick check, your XP for the current week is also shown in the XP widget on your Wallet dashboard and in your Profile.
Why do I have access to Maya XP while other users don’t?
Maya XP is now being rolled out to all Maya users.
If you don’t see Maya XP on your app yet, please make sure your Maya app is updated to the latest version. You can check this by going to the App Store or Google Play Store and updating Maya if needed.
If it still doesn’t appear after updating, try logging out and logging back in, or restarting your app.
We’ll continue improving Maya XP over time, and you may still occasionally see prompts asking for your feedback to help us make the experience even better.
Is Maya XP my credit score?
No, Maya XP is different from your credit score.
A credit score measures your creditworthiness when applying for loans. Maya XP, on the other hand, is a score that reflects how actively you use Maya and helps you unlock benefits as you level up.
The higher your XP, the better your chances of accessing products like Maya Easy Credit or the Maya Black Credit Card. However, approval for these products is subject to credit evaluation.
How can I improve or increase my Maya XP?
You can help your Maya XP go up by:
- Completing your profile on the app
- Using Maya regularly for payments, savings, and other transactions
- Exploring other Maya products and using them more frequently (wallet, savings, loans, investments)
- Paying your bills and loans on time
- Doing recommended actions or “missions” on the app
- Turning your notifications on so you don’t miss tips on how to boost your XP
Not every action will make your XP go up right away, because other things can also affect it. But doing these positive actions regularly is the best way to earn XP.
Will my benefits carry over after the early access period?

Now that we have rolled out Maya XP to all users, we’ve upgraded Maya XP to make your progress more rewarding. Because of this upgrade, changes in your XP may happen as part of this upgrade.
Rest assured, your benefits will carry over, and Maya will notify you of any changes to your benefits and rewards.
