• The Promotion is open to newly approved Maya Credit Cardholders whose Maya Credit Card application is approved during the Promo Period. 
• Cardholders must have access to their Maya Black Virtual Credit Card and must use the Virtual Card for eligible online transactions. 
• Existing Maya Black Credit Cardholders whose card was approved prior to the Promo Period are not eligible for this Promotion. 

1. During the Promo Period, newly approved Maya Credit Cardholders may participate in the Promotion by using their Maya Virtual Credit Card for online purchases prior to physical card activation. 
2. To qualify for the reward, the Qualified Cardholder must complete ALL of the following requirements: 
   • Have their Maya Black Credit Card application approved during the Promo Period; 
   • Make three eligible online transaction using their Maya Black Virtual Credit Card within three (3) calendar days from the date of credit card approval; 
   • Complete at least  three (3) eligible online transactions using their Maya Black Virtual Credit Card; and 
   • Spend a minimum of  ₱1,000 each qualifying transactions. 
3. Transactions from these Merchant Category Codes are disqualified/excluded from the spend requirement.  
   • 6050 - Quasi Cash - Member Financial Inst   
   • 6051 - Quasi Cash – Merchant  
   • 4829 - Money Transfer   
   • 7995 - Gambling Transactions   
   • 7800 - Government-Owned Lotteries   
   • 7801 - Government-Licensed Online Casinos   
   • 7802 - Government-Licensed Horse/Dog Racing   
   • 6211 - Security Brokers/Dealers   
   • 6532 - Payment Service Provider - Member Fin   
   • 6533 - Payment Service Provider - Merchant

4. The three (3) eligible transactions do not need to be made on the same day. However, the reward will be credited after all qualifying transactions are successfully posted.  
5. Cardholder must make online transactions within three (3) days of card approval, with a minimum P1,000 per transaction. 
6. There is no requirement for the physical Maya Black Credit Card to be delivered or activated in order to qualify for the Promotion. Transactions made using the Maya Virtual Credit Card shall be considered eligible, subject to compliance with all other Promo requirements. 
7. For purposes of determining the first online transaction: 
   • The  date and time of credit card approval shall serve as the starting point for the three (3)-calendar-day period. 
   • The Qualified Cardholder must make their first eligible online transaction no later than three (3) calendar days after credit card approval. 
8. Example of qualification: 
   • A customer's Maya Credit Card application is approved on October 1: 
     • October 1 – Card application approved 
     • October 2 – First online transaction using Maya Virtual Credit Card 
     • October 3 – Second online transaction 
     • October 4 – Third online transaction 
   • If the customer's three (3) eligible transactions is at least ₱1,000 each, the customer qualifies for the reward. 
9. Example of non-qualification – late first use: 
   • A customer's Maya Credit Card application is approved on October1, but the customer's first eligible online transaction is made on October 5. 
   • The customer shall not qualify for the Promotion because the first online transaction was made beyond three (3) calendar days from credit card approval. 
10. Example of non-qualification – insufficient spend: 
    • A customer completes three (3) eligible online transactions but the minimum spend of ₱1,000 was not met. 
11. Example of non-qualification – insufficient transactions: 
    • A customer spends at least ₱1,000 in eligible online spend through only two (2) transactions. 
    • The customer shall not qualify because at least three (3) eligible transactions are required. 

QUALIFYING TRANSACTIONS:  

1. Eligible transactions under this Promotion shall refer to valid online purchase transactions made using the Maya Black Virtual Credit Card.
2. The following shall qualify toward the required transaction count and accumulated spend:
   1. Online purchases made using the Maya Virtual Credit Card; 
   2. Transactions successfully authorized and posted to the customer's Maya Credit Card account; and
   3. Transactions made with merchants that accept Maya Credit Card for online payments.
3. The following transactions shall not qualify toward the required transaction count or ₱1,000 minimum spend:
   1. Cash advances or cash withdrawal transactions;
   2. Balance transfers;
   3. Annual fees, membership fees, interest, finance charges, late payment fees, penalties, and other card-related fees and charges;
   4. Reversed, cancelled, refunded, voided, or disputed transactions;
   5. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions;
   6. Transactions determined by Maya Bank to be ineligible for the Promotion; and
   7. Transactions made through any means determined by Maya Bank to constitute abuse or gaming of the Promotion.
4. Refunded, reversed, cancelled, or disputed transactions shall not be counted toward the minimum transaction count or accumulated spend requirement.
5. If a transaction that was previously counted toward the Promotion is subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, or otherwise invalidated, Maya Bank reserves the right to remove the transaction from the Qualified Cardholder's accumulated spend and re-evaluate the customer's eligibility.

REWARD:  

1. Each Qualified Cardholder who successfully completes all Promo requirements shall receive 600 Maya Miles.  
2. Each Qualified Cardholder may receive a maximum of one (1) reward under this Promotion, regardless of the number of transactions or amount spent beyond the minimum requirements. 
3. The reward shall be credited to the Qualified Cardholder's [Maya account / Maya Credit Card account / other reward mechanism – TBD] within thirty (30) business days after the end of the Promo Period, subject to validation of the customer's eligibility.
4. Qualified Cardholders must maintain an active and in-good-standing Maya Credit Card account at the time of reward fulfillment.
5. Rewards may be forfeited if the Qualified Cardholder:
   1. Cancels their Maya Credit Card;
   2. Becomes past due;
   3. Has their card/account suspended or terminated for valid reasons under the applicable Maya Credit Card Terms and Conditions; or
   4. Is otherwise determined by Maya Bank to be ineligible for the Promotion.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

1. All Maya Credit Card applications remain subject to Maya Bank's standard credit evaluation, approval, and processing procedures. Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee approval of a Maya Credit Card application.
2. Upon approval, the Qualified Cardholder may access and use their Maya Virtual Credit Card for online purchases, subject to the applicable Maya Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
3. The physical Maya Credit Card will be delivered separately following Maya's standard card delivery process and turnaround time. Physical card delivery and activation are not required to qualify for this Promotion.
4. The reward is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other reward, unless otherwise stated by Maya Bank.
5. Maya Bank reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or forfeit rewards to accounts or transactions that are determined to be invalid, fraudulent, abusive, or a result of gaming, including exploitation of any system or Promo weakness.
6. If a reward has already been awarded and the customer's transaction is subsequently determined to be invalid, cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible, Maya Bank reserves the right to claw back or withdraw the reward previously awarded.
7. Maya Credit Cardholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of any Maya promotion, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any Maya terms and conditions, shall not be qualified to participate in this Promotion or receive the reward.
8. By participating in this Promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these Promo Terms and Conditions and the applicable Maya Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
9. Maya Bank, Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and with appropriate notice.
10. Any dispute concerning the qualification of a transaction or awarding of the reward shall be settled with due diligence among the parties concerned. The decision of Maya Bank, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB where required, shall be considered final.
