Meet a required spend to score up to ₱10,000 cashback with 5 free cash-ins and 5 free InstaPay transfers!

1. The promo is open only to selected users who will receive the following SMS notification with the following message:  
   “Congrats! You have qualified for the Maya Spend Promo. Do a minimum spend of at least PHP<transaction amount> on <debit transaction> with Maya and get up to PHP<reward amount> cashback!”  
2. Users who do not receive the above SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join this promo. This promo is not publicly open and is implemented on a whitelist basis. This revised mechanics will only apply to users who have not yet been whitelisted at the time the amendment is approved and implemented.  
3. If the user gets the promo message but fails to fulfill the promo mechanics within a period within the duration of the campaign, then Maya reserves the right to withdraw the promo from the user so that they can be targeted with another promo that better suits their usage patterns.  

1. The promo will run monthly from April 15, 2026, to December 31, 2026.  
2. The promo is open only to selected users who will receive the following SMS notification with the following message:

5. To qualify for cashback, the user must first meet the required cumulative spend based on the eligible debit transaction type (see #7). Once this is met, cashback of 1% to 99.9% will be applied to succeeding eligible transactions, computed only on the amount spent beyond the required threshold. See steps of the mechanics below:

9. Cashback is capped at PHP 10,000 per user for the entire promo period.

    Sample Scenario 3.1	If the succeeding transaction is PHP 50,000, then user will get a cashback of PHP 5000 * 1% = PHP 500
    Sample Scenario 3.2	If the succeeding transaction is PHP 100,000, then user will get a cashback of PHP 100,000 * 1% = PHP 1,000
    Sample Scenario 3.3	If the succeeding transaction is PHP 350,000, then user will get a cashback of PHP 350,000 * 1% = PHP 3,500

12. Once the qualifying transaction is made in that specific debit transaction, users will receive a cashback voucher ranging from PHP 1 to PHP 10,000 in correlation to the amount of the user’s qualified debit transaction.   
13. Qualified users may receive multiple cashback vouchers for the whole duration of the promo, which can either be between PHP 1 to PHP 10,000 based off their transaction amount.  
14. Maximum cashback voucher reward is capped at PHP 10,000.  
15. The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to thirty business days after every calendar month.  
16. The voucher will be eligible for the customer to claim within the app for a period of 7 calendar days after posting. In case the customer does not claim the voucher within the stipulated time period, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the voucher from the customer so that the customer can be targeted through another campaign.  
17. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:  
18. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.  
19. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.  
20. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".  
21. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.  
22. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.  
23. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya Wallet account balance.

1. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:  
   1. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under the Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
   2. This promo is applicable to unique, valid, and verified Maya accounts only. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.  
   3. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.  
2. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

4. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo.  
5. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.  
6. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.  
7. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.  
8. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).  
9. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

11. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
