Eligibility

Open to Maya users who have accepted the Maya XP Program Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Mechanics

Open to Maya users who have accepted the Maya XP Program Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Users will be eligible to receive cashback on transactions that fall under, but are not limited to, merchants that sell video game tokens and video game services.
Transactions made to merchants classified as online gambling will not be qualified for the benefit.
Per eligible transaction, a user is entitled to the following cashback amounts based on probability:
1. Starter: 1% / 5% / 40% cashback
2. Plus: 1% / 5% / 50% cashback
3. Pro: 1% / 5% / 75% cashback
4. Elite: 1% / 5% / 75% cashback
5. Ultra: 1% / 5% / 100% cashback
Only online transactions made via online checkout and Maya Wallet Card will be counted.
Only successful transactions made to merchants with the 5816 - Digital Goods: Games merchant category code will be counted.

FAQs

Does gaming cashback also count when purchasing games?

Only games purchased via a gaming service provider (ex. Steam) will count. Physical store purchases are not eligible for the cashback.

The benefit said I could earn up to 100% cashback. Why did I only get 1% cashback?

Users will receive a random guaranteed cashback of 1%, 5%, or up to 100% based on their level. This however does not always guarantee the max cashback as a reward.

I made a purchase worth ₱5,000, but only received ₱2,000 in cashback. Why was my cashback not 100%, despite it being advertised as 100%?

Cashback is capped at ₱2,000 per month for all rewards credited with the Gaming Cashback of Maya XP.

Terms & Conditions

Maya reserves the right to determine eligible merchants for this benefit.
Only transactions made directly with the merchant will be counted. Purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple Store, or similar services, will not be counted.
Cashback will be awarded through a claimable cash voucher equivalent to the intended cashback amount.
Cashback voucher will be awarded within fourteen (14) days after the transaction has been made.
Cashback vouchers will expire upon reaching sixty (60) days of not being claimed.
A cashback cap of ₱2,000 per month will be implemented.
This benefit is available from 09-01-2026 to 12-31-2026.
