• ₱100 cashback voucher on every cash in of ₱5,000 and above 

This promo is open to all users who cash in through the Maya app using their local issued VISA credit, debit, or prepaid card.

1. Promo runs from May 12, 2026 to May 31, 2026. 
2. Qualified users may receive:  
   • ₱200 cashback per transaction for the first five (5) cash ins below ₱5,000 per calendar month using Visa credit, debit, or prepaid cards 
   • ₱100 cashback per transaction for succeeding cash ins below ₱5,000 using Visa credit, debit, or prepaid cards 
   • ₱100 cashback voucher on every cash in of ₱5,000 and above using Visa credit, debit, or prepaid cards 
3. A regular cash-in via Visa is charged a ₱200 fee per transaction. Cashback is credited after a successful cash-in transaction. 
4. Sending money from another Maya account or from another bank is not included in the promo and is not eligible for cashback. 
5. Qualification of transactions and corresponding cashback rewards shall apply on a per-calendar-month basis and not on a rolling 30-day period. Unused eligible transactions for the month cannot be carried over to the succeeding month. 
6. To cash in from a Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card to Maya:  
   1. Log in to the Maya account. 
   2. Tap “Cash In” on the Home screen. 
   3. Select “Debit or Credit Card”. 
   4. Enter the cash-in amount. 
   5. Enter the Visa card details and tap “Continue”. 
   6. Wait for the confirmation SMS from Maya. 
7. Qualified users shall receive the cashback in the Maya app within fourteen (14) days after the promo period. 
8. Concerns regarding cashback eligibility may be raised within fourteen (14) days after the promo period. Requests submitted beyond this period shall no longer be accommodated. 

1. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. Users who create multiple accounts using one mobile device shall not be eligible to participate in the promo. 
2. Maya reserves the right to withdraw and/or reverse any erroneously credited cashback. 
3. Maya users with duplicate accounts or blacklisted accounts are not eligible to participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any cashback or benefit awarded to duplicate or blacklisted accounts. 
4. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts proven to be invalid or fraudulent, including but not limited to abuse of the system or exploitation of promo vulnerabilities to obtain cashback or benefits. 
5. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards from invalid accounts, even if the cashback or benefit has already been credited. 
6. Should a qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether customer-initiated or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya likewise reserves the right to debit any cashback or reward credited to the user’s account balance. If the available balance is insufficient at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the remaining amount once the account balance becomes sufficient. 
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and users under the Maya Business App (formerly known as PayMaya Negosyo) are not eligible to participate in this promo. 
8. Any cashback or reward credited to a qualified user shall be deemed final unless Maya is notified of any crediting error, including but not limited to incorrect cashback credited or uncredited cashback, within thirty (30) calendar days from the end of the promo period. 
9. Complaints and inquiries related to the promo must be reported to Maya. Decisions made by Maya, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB, shall be deemed final. For clarifications and complaints related to this promo, visit the Help Center in the Maya app by going to Profile > “Get Help”. 
10. Maya users who exceed applicable aggregate account limits may experience delays in the crediting of cashback or rewards. Cashback or rewards may only be credited once the account balance falls within the allowable limits: ₱50,000 for Starter Accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded accounts.
