Find the hidden XP gems to earn raffle entries  for a chance to win round trip flight for two (2) on local destinations. 

1. The promo is open to all Maya users who are eligible for Maya XP and who have activated Maya XP and consented to participate in the promo; subject to the following: 
   1. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion. 
   2. Former employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and Voyager Innovations, Inc. whose last day of employment under these companies falls within 730 days from promo start date are disqualified from joining the promotion.  
   3. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.  
   4. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or are proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.  
   5. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
   6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Account log ins made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid. 

1. The promo period is from July 25 (12MN) to August 25, 2026 (11:59PM).  
2. The promo is open to all Maya users who are eligible for Maya XP and who have activated Maya XP and consented to participate in the promo; subject to the following:

3. By participating in the promotion, users are required to accept the Terms and Conditions via a pop up interstitial banner on the Maya app, which serves as their consent to join the promo and confirm their awareness that their personal information will be collected and processed.  
4. Raffle entries shall only be earned after a user has accepted these Terms and Conditions and provided consent to participate in the promo through the interstitial pop-up banner displayed within the Maya app.  
5. Users will receive an in-app notification that they have joined the raffle.  
6. Upon successful activation of Maya XP and submission of the required consent, participants may earn raffle entries by performing any of the following qualifying activities within the Maya app  

   Qualified Action	Raffle Entries
   For every Maya XP gem they can find on different pages of the Maya app.	Dependent on a user’s Maya XP level:  Starter: 1 entry per tap   Plus: 2 entries per tap   Pro: 3 entries per tap   Elite: 4 entries per tap   Ultra: 5 entries per tap   *All users, regardless of XP level, can find up to 5 hidden gems per day.

7. Prize Details  
   1. One (1) winner will receive a round-trip domestic flight for two (2) persons, with a maximum prize value of ₱25,000 in total. The following prize details shall apply:  
   2. The winner may book round-trip Economy Class domestic flights to any destination within the Philippines using any airline of their choice, provided that the total booking cost, inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, does not exceed ₱25,000 for two (2) persons.  
   3. The flight is transferable or can be converted to ₱25,000 worth of Maya Credits.  The winner's selected prize option (Maya Credits or Flight) shall be final and may no longer be changed once confirmed.  
   4. If the winner chooses the flight prize, the domestic roundtrip flight must be booked and used within one (1) year from the date the prize is received.  
   5. Flight bookings are subject to seat availability, the selected airline's booking policies and conditions of carriage, and any applicable laws, regulations, government travel restrictions, or circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.  
   *Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the sponsor as included in the total prize. 
8. Raffle Draw 
   1. The raffle draw shall be conducted on August 29, 2026 at Maya Philippines, Inc., 6/F Launchpad Building, Sheridan cor. Reliance Street, Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, in the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).  
9. Announcement of Winners  
   1. The raffle draw shall be conducted in the presence of a DTI representative. Winners shall be notified and announced according to the following schedule:

      July 25, 2026 (12MN)  to August 25, 2026 (11:59PM)	August 29, 2026	On or before September 4, 2026

   2. Winners shall be announced through the following channels:  
      1. Maya's Raffle Winners Page at https://www.maya.ph/winners  
      2. In-app notification through the Maya app  
      3. SMS notification to the winner's registered mobile number  
      4. Email notification to the winner's registered email address  
      5. Mailed notification to the winner’s registered mailing address  
10.   Prize Claiming  
    1. To claim the prize, winners must submit the following via email to the Organizer:  
       1. Authorization letter signed by winner and notarized  
       2. Valid ID of winner and authorized representative  

1. Users can earn multiple raffle entries daily, if they have successfully completed the qualified actions during the promo period.  
2. The raffle promo does not cover any additional expenses made by the winner related to the event (i.e. travel, food, etc.) outside of the prizes stated above.   
3. All winners will be notified through in-app notifications, phone calls to their Maya-registered mobile numbers, emails, and registered mail sent via a third-party service provider with a tracking mechanism. A Maya representative will contact each winner to verify their identity and provide instructions on how to claim their prize.  
4. Winners must respond to the notification by emailing winner@maya.ph with the following details for identity verification:  
   1. Two (2) government valid IDs  
   2. Maya-registered mobile number  
   3. Address  
5. Maya will reach out to the winners on the steps to claim their prizes.  
6. The raffle prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.  
7. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) working days upon receipt of registered mail notification shall be forfeited in favor of Maya, upon prior approval from DTI.  
8. The winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print, and online media; Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.  
9. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions will have a winner forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI.    
10. Upon prior approval from the DTI, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.    
11. In case of disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail, upon prior approval from the DTI.  
12. Maya Philippines Inc. and Maya Bank Inc. are the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion. Promotion participants agree to solely rely on the Maya Data Privacy policy in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion. 13. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Maya Bank, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.  
14. Former employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Maya Bank, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, whose last day of employment under these companies falls within 730 days from promo start date are disqualified from joining the promotion.  
15. The winning transaction must be valid.  Should the qualified transaction be cancelled, reversed or declined on or before the draw, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller/merchant-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the raffle entry equivalent to the cancelled transaction, even if the raffle entry has already been credited.  
16. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).  
17. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.   
18. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
