The promo period is from November 1-30, 2024.
This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P10 / P100 / P1000 cashback when they pay P1,000 worth of participating bills on the Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Valid for first time bill payers. Users can avail of the cashback reward 3x during the promo period.
User must pay P1,000 worth of bills from participating categories. Qualified bills pay transactions for this promo are limited to billers listed under the following payment categories in the app: Water, Electricity, Cable & Internet, Telecoms, Loans, Insurance, Government, Real Estate, Schools, Toll.
Payment transactions must be done within the indicated promo duration and must be subsequently cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

The promo is open only to a select base of Maya Time Deposit Plus customers who will receive notification of their eligibility. Selected users may include those with no existing Maya Credit Card, have not yet applied for a Maya Black Credit Card, and hold Time Deposit Plus accounts with tenors of 3 or 6 months. 

Eligibility

Users must have at least one active Time Deposit Plus account (maximum of 5) prior to applying for a Maya Black Credit Card. 
All eligible clients will receive SMS and/or in-app notification to advise that they are eligible for the boosted interest. 
Eligible participants must apply for and be approved for a Maya Black Credit Card or a Maya Black Express Credit Card during the promo period.

Mechanics

Qualified users who apply for and are approved for a Maya Black Credit Card (Standard or Express) within the promo period will receive an additional 1% interest p.a. on each of their active and existing Maya Time Deposit Plus accounts with a tenor of up to six (6) months, for up to 5 accounts). 
The boosted interest is subject to the following conditions: 
1. The additional 1% interest rate p.a. applies up to ₱1,000,000 balances per Time Deposit Plus account. 
2. The boosted interest will take effect and begin computation on the approval date of the Maya Black Credit Card. 
  1. Example: If the eligible user is approved on October 20, the boosted interest for this promo will be included in the daily computation of their earned interest starting October 21. 
  2. Their regular monthly interest will be automatically credited on the usual schedule (e.g., November 1 for October earnings), while the boosted interest from this promo will be credited separately after manual computation. 
3. The boosted interest will apply only for the remaining tenor of the Time Deposit Plus account/s and will end once the account matures. 
  1. Example: If the eligible user opens a 6-month Time Deposit Plus account on October 1 and gets approved for the Maya Black Credit Card on October 20, the boosted interest will apply only from October 21 until the account’s maturity date on March 31. 
4. Accounts that are pre-terminated or cancelled will forfeit boosted interest earnings for the month in which the account was pre-terminated or cancelled. 
5. The boosted interest will be credited to the user’s Maya Savings account on or before the 20th of the succeeding month, for both ongoing and mid-month matured accounts. 
  1. Example: If the user’s eligible Time Deposit Plus account matures on November 15, the boosted interest from this promo will be credited on or before the 20th of the succeeding month (December). 
6. The boosted interest will not apply to new Time Deposit Plus accounts opened after the application date of the Maya Black Credit Card. 
The bonus interest earnings will be reflected in the account holder’s Maya Savings transaction history upon crediting as: Savings Promo Reward

This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. Participants will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. 
Users with duplicate accounts or those who are blacklisted are disqualified from participating. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any prize if a participant is found to have duplicate accounts or is blacklisted.  In cases of disqualification, blacklisting, or withdrawal of rewards, Maya shall notify the user of the reason and provide an opportunity to clarify or appeal within 30 days from disqualification. 
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).  
Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid or fraudulent accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit. 
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.  
Select users eligible for other targeted promos may no longer be eligible for this promo. This is to avoid overlapping offers and ensure fair distribution of rewards across different customer segments. Maya reserves the right to determine eligibility based on these criteria. 
Refunded transactions made through the credit card will not qualify for this promo. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB and subject to applicable laws shall be considered final. In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfilment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI. 
You understand that and agree that Maya Bank reserves the right, in case of any amount mistakenly or fraudulently credited to your account, to debit the erroneously or fraudulently credited amount from your Account and/or any of your accounts.
