1. This promo is open to select Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Cardholders with an active Landers membership who receive an official promo invitation from Maya via SMS, email, and/or in-app notification. Eligibility is determined based on Maya’s internal criteria.  
2. Cardholders who do not receive an official promo invitation from Maya via SMS, email, or in-app notification are not eligible to participate in the promo.

2. Cardholders who shop at any Landers Superstore, mobile app, or website are entitled to 10% Landers cashback points, capped at 500 per month, with no minimum single receipt spend if paid with the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card.
3. Posted transactions will be required as basis for cashback points disbursement 
4. Qualified cardholders can earn up to 500 Landers cashback points each month for every eligible Landers Superstore purchase based on the mechanics above. Cashback points rewarding will be refreshed monthly.

5. 10% Landers cashback points, capped at 500 each month, is on top of the year-round 3–5% cashback points for each eligible purchase made with the Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card. 
6. The Landers cashback points will automatically be seen in the cardholder’s points history between the posting of qualified transaction up to a maximum of thirty (30) business days following the end of the promotional period to reconcile and verify user activity. 

1. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 
   1. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, cancelled, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
   2. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation. 
2. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.  
3. Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, declined, refunded, or voided. If cashback has already been credited and the cardholder becomes past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback credit given.  
4. If a cashback has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the cashback given.  
5. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback to accounts that are invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
6. The reward received by a qualified cardholder shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. 
7. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
8. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 
9. In case of disputes regarding customer eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI and subject to existing applicable laws. 
10. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
