This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P10 / P100 / P1000 cashback when they pay P1,000 worth of participating bills on the Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Valid for first time bill payers. Users can avail of the cashback reward 3x during the promo period.
User must pay P1,000 worth of bills from participating categories. Qualified bills pay transactions for this promo are limited to billers listed under the following payment categories in the app: Water, Electricity, Cable & Internet, Telecoms, Loans, Insurance, Government, Real Estate, Schools, Toll.
Payment transactions must be done within the indicated promo duration and must be subsequently cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

1. Spend at least ₱3,000 within the month with your Maya Black or Landers Cashback Credit Card to get ₱10,000 hotel credits
The hotel credits can only be earned on the month where ₱3,000 card spend is met either from a single receipt transaction or cumulative transaction for the month. Cumulative transaction cannot be carried over the next month. A cardholder can only qualify for the ₱10,000 hotel credits once during the entire promo period. This will be awarded on the month where the first ₱3,000 qualified card spend is met, whether single receipt transaction or cumulative transaction for the month.
1. The hotel credits are strictly non-transferable and must be used only by the qualified Maya credit cardholder to whom it has been awarded. The booking must be made under the full name of the credit cardholder during booking and must match the registered name on the Maya database.
Maya will send an in-app notification to the qualified Maya cardholder within 30 days from the time the qualified transaction amount is met. The notification contains a URL and Unique Code which will be used by the cardholder to unlock the ₱10,000 hotel credits on https://travel.maya.ph
The hotel credits will be shown as ‘savings’ when booking hotels which can be used as a discount to the hotel booking cost of the cardholder.
The hotel credits (₱10,000) may be used across single or multiple hotel bookings until it is fully exhausted or until the booking promo period ends, whichever comes first. Any remaining balance will always be payable by the credit cardholder using a Maya Credit Card only.
For each successful booking, the applicable “savings” will be automatically deducted from the total credits, and the cardholder will be required to pay the remaining amount of the booking with a valid Maya Credit Card only upon checkout if any.
Each payment transaction must be validated, posted, or settled within the system to qualify for the promo.
The promo is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, cannot be withdrawn, refunded outside of this campaign system and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
Transactions are not considered qualified if a Maya number or card is cancelled, suspended, declined, refunded, or voided. If hotel credits have already been given but the credit cardholder has an outstanding balance that becomes past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the hotel credit given.
If a hotel credit has already been awarded and the violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the hotel credit given.
Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of hotel credits to accounts that are a result of gaming, invalid or fraudulent(i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Any hotel credits granted shall be redeemable within the redemption period or until March 15, 2027. Any unclaimed credits beyond this period shall be forfeited.

Hotel Credits Redemption Guidelines

The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 201923399W), with its principal office at 1 Harbour Front Ave, Keppel Bay Tower, #05-02 Singapore 098632 referred to herein as “TLC”. Log-in and Hotel Bookings on the Site

After receiving the unique code via Maya’s in app notification, the cardholder can enter https://travel.maya.ph/ to create an account
Cardholder will navigate to the “Travel Wallet” to see the unlocked ₱10,000 Maya hotel credits upon account creation.
The ₱10,000 Maya hotel credits will be shown in the “Travel Wallet” within the hotel booking platform of the cardholder’s account.
The cardholder may search for travel location, view the hotel listing, the savings each hotel will provide, and final cost.
In the hotel listing, the cardholder can view the total booking amount and ‘savings’ which will be applied against/deducted from the ₱10,000 credit in the wallet.
After selecting the preferred hotel, cardholder will proceed to make the remaining payment with a valid Maya Credit Card. The remaining payment refers to the amount after deducting the savings from the hotel.
A booking confirmation email will be sent to the cardholder upon successful completion of the transaction. Cardholders can also find confirmed bookings under their Profile – Booking History.
Cardholders must make their bookings at least 3 days in advance from the intended check-in date. Same-day or next-day hotel bookings are not permitted under this promotion.
The hotel credits are strictly non-transferable and must be used only by the qualified Maya credit cardholder to whom it has been awarded. The booking must be made under the full name of the credit cardholder during booking and must match the registered name on the Maya database.
All hotel bookings are subject to the individual terms, availability, and cancellation policies of the participating accommodation providers. Credit cardholders are strongly encouraged to review these policies prior to booking and to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Maya and Administrator accept no liability for changes, cancellations, or disruptions beyond their reasonable control.
The credits apply to hotel bookings made via the booking platform, subject to the availability of participating properties at the time of booking. The hotel list is dynamic and may change based on promotional availability or operational adjustments. Please note that bookings are limited to travel accommodation only and do not include other services available on Expedia, such as rental cars or other travel-related products.
The registered Credit cardholder must be physically present at the hotel during check-in and stay. A person cannot book on behalf of the registered entrant. Additional verification may be required. The Administrator has the right to ask proof of identification for verification purposes through call or email.
For any bulk or multi-room bookings (i.e., 2 rooms or more), the registered entrant’s name must be on the booking, and they must be present during the stay for all rooms booked.
Cancellations and amendments are subject to the individual cancellation policies of the selected accommodation (hotel, resort, etc.), which can be reviewed under ‘Booking History’ after login.
To cancel a booking, credit cardholder must log in to the booking platform, head over to ‘Booking History’ where they will find all bookings. If it is qualified refundable booking, Customer can use the ‘Cancel’ functionality. This will trigger a cancellation, and the booking status will be changed to ‘Cancelled’ under their profile when it is completed.
Credits will be refunded back to the wallet instantly upon a confirmed qualified cancellation.
If assistance is required, the Credit cardholder can email to customercare@traveldesk.travel 
Requests for cancellations or amendments are not guaranteed. In certain cases, changes may not be permitted, and full cancellation charges may therefore apply.
Penalties or charges may apply for cancellations outside of the eligible window, or for non-refundable bookings.
Refunds for cancelled bookings (where applicable) will take up to 20 days to process, in accordance with payment processor and Maya Bank policy.

How do I redeem my Maya hotel credits?

When ready to browse or book your hotel accommodation, click on your unique link to create an account.
Fill in your personal details to activate your Maya hotel credits. The unique code should automatically be pre-populated into the account creation form.
Once you have successfully created an account, you will see ₱10,000 hotel credits in your “Travel Wallet”.
You will be able to see each hotel savings that will be deducted from your hotel credits from the hotel listings. The savings from each hotel are variable. Every hotel will provide different hotel savings.
Once you've successfully created an account, use your nominated email address and password to login and start booking. Same credentials will be used for your next bookings.

Can I use up the ₱10,000 Maya hotel credits in a single booking?

It depends on the maximum allowable discount of the selected hotel for your booking. If the maximum is at ₱10,000 Maya hotel credits, then the whole amount can be used in a single booking. You can also use your Maya hotel credits for multiple hotel bookings. Any remaining balance from the hotel booking not covered by your Maya hotel credits will be paid only with a Maya credit card.

How will I know if my booking is confirmed and payment is successful?

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email to your email. If you are facing issues or have not received an update regarding your payment, please send us an email at customercare@traveldesk.travel.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

To cancel your booking, simply login to your account and go to ‘Booking History’ where you can find all your hotel bookings. Make sure it is a refundable booking and use the ‘Cancel’ functionality to trigger the hotel booking cancellation. The status of your booking will be changed to ‘cancelled’ under your profile once this is completed. Your Maya hotel credits will be refunded back to your “Travel Wallet” once the cancellation is completed successfully.

If I cancel my booking today, can my credits be returned to my wallet?

Yes, your credits will be returned to your wallet after your cancellation is confirmed.

Can I get my money back if I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can get a refund of the Maya hotel credits and any additional payments charged to your Maya credit card only if the hotel booking done is refundable. Terms & Conditions

Maya reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
No compensation will be payable to any person if a credit cardholder is unable to participate in the time and manner set out in these Terms and Conditions for whatever reason.
Without limiting any other terms of these Terms and Conditions, the credits must be utilized as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement.
Maya reserves the right to verify identity and may cancel any booking that does not meet the stated conditions.
If a Credit cardholder enters using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/ addresses/aliases, the said Credit cardholder may be disqualified.
In the event the Promotion is unable to proceed as set out in these Terms and Conditions, Maya or the Administrator reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
Maya is not responsible for any tax implications arising from Credit cardholder winning or redeeming the cash credit.
Maya is not liable for credits claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
Cardholder must not:
1. tamper with the entry or participation process.
2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner.

The Administrator reserves the right to cancel any booking that is found to be non-compliant with the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion. No refunds will be issued for any bookings that are cancelled due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions. including but not limited to name mismatches, unauthorised transfers, or unapproved bookings.
Participation in the Promotion is conditional on the basis of the cardholder providing Maya and the Administrator with Personal Information (PI) necessary to conduct this Promotion. the Administrator will use, and handle PI as set out in the Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.tlcworldwide.com/privacy-policy/.
