The promo period is from November 1-30, 2024.
This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P10 / P100 / P1000 cashback when they pay P1,000 worth of participating bills on the Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Valid for first time bill payers. Users can avail of the cashback reward 3x during the promo period.
User must pay P1,000 worth of bills from participating categories. Qualified bills pay transactions for this promo are limited to billers listed under the following payment categories in the app: Water, Electricity, Cable & Internet, Telecoms, Loans, Insurance, Government, Real Estate, Schools, Toll.
Payment transactions must be done within the indicated promo duration and must be subsequently cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

All raffle entries will only be valid if the user enters the code in the Missions page of the campaign. Users will get notified of successfully provisioned raffle entries through various communications channels available to Maya

Mechanics

Promo period is from November 13, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Qualified users who perform the following breakdown of actions will earn up to eleven (11) raffle entries for a chance to win P1,000,000. A user may only earn a maximum of eleven (11) raffle entry for the entire promo period.

Deadline for submission of entries is Dec 31, 2025.
Qualified users will be notified via SMS and in-app notification that they have successfully earned a raffle entry.
1 winner of P1,000,000 will be drawn via electronic raffle by January 14, 2026. The raffle draw will take place in the presence of Maya and a DTI representative and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
A qualified user may only win a prize ONCE.
Prizes are cash only directly credited to the user’s maya wallet and non-transferable.
Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Maya.
The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
Maya will notify the winners through their registered mail and call and SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through SMS, call, or mail.
The winner must send a copy of a two (2) valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
Winner may claim his/her prize through disbursement of Maya Credit to their own account.

Terms & Conditions

Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page and through our In-App channels. The promo winners will be announced anytime from date of the raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after said the draw.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Account log ins made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.

(based on official company payroll) and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.Maya reserves the right to reverse the crediting of the reward to a winner proven to be abusing the Maya system
