In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified accumulated transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact at least Php 250 to Php35,250 with fund source Maya Wallet, and Php 3,000 with fund source from Maya Credit, worth of qualified transactions again to qualify for the promo.
Maya Credit transactions made via QR, Pay with Maya, or at the Maya Shop are the only qualified transactions considered for the +1% Php 3,000 spend via Maya Credit.
Accountholder will see on the Savings dashboard their qualification duration for bonus interest rate they are qualified for Maya Savings on the same day of their successful transaction.
An accountholder who qualified within a certain month, will get their bonus interest rate until the last day of the same qualifying month as illustrated below:

Mechanics

Promo period is from January 20^th, 2026, to December 31^st, 2026.
Promo is open to all Maya users (KYC 1 & 0, Consumer accounts only) except for the ones clearly mentioned as excluded in subsequent points.
To earn a raffle entry, customers will have to complete the following steps:
1. Log in to the Maya App
2. Click on Raffle Game tile
3. Select the Raffle you want to join from within the 3 Raffle Game options available
4. Read the campaign mechanics and terms & conditions
5. Click on Add 1 Raffle Entry button at the bottom of the page
6. Users should have at least 1 peso on their wallet for them to be able to join the raffle

A user can log multiple entries against each Raffle Option during the course of the promo.
Qualified users will be notified that they have successfully earned a raffle entry.
A qualified user may only win a prize ONCE.
Physical prizes such as iPhones and AirPods are not convertible to cash but transferable.

For International Trip winner, the winner will choose if Trip to Japan, Trip to Europe or Maya Credits. Selection of the Trip to Japan or Trip to Europe will be classified as foreign travel, and the voucher will be valid for six (6) months from the date it is received.

For selection of winners, Maya will conduct a system supported random draw with the presence of DTI personnel for oversight.
Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the sponsor as included in the total prize.
Winner may claim his/her prize on the Maya office, after they have been contacted and verified by the Maya representatives.
Claiming through an authorized representative is allowed if they present the following:
- Authorization letter signed by winner and notarized
- Valid ID of winner and authorized representative
Only KYC 1 Verified customers will be selected as winners. In case a KYC 0 customer gets selected as the winner, then the team will forego that customer and move on to the selection of next winner until a KYC 1 verified winner is selected.
The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
Maya will notify the winners through their registered mail and call and SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of sixty (60) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by responding through SMS, call, or mail.
Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon receiving registered mail from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgement of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
With prior approval of the DTI-FTEB, Maya reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize if the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo. Winners agree that Maya’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Maya.
Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners to forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
Winners will be announced to the public via Maya’s official Facebook page. Promo winners will be announced anytime from the date of the raffle draw to up to fourteen (14) days after the draw.
