1. Promo period: June 15, 2026 to August 15, 2026
2. The promo is open to selected active Maya Credit Card users — Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card and Maya Black Credit Card who will receive the official promo invitation via SMS and in-app notification from Maya. Both notifications must be received. Eligibility is determined based on Maya's internal criteria. 
   An active card is defined as a card ready for use, that is not closed, suspended, restricted, or cancelled, and with all amounts due paid on or before the due date. 
   In good credit standing means accounts that are not delinquent, not under investigation for fraud, not reported lost or stolen, and in compliance with the Maya Credit Cards Terms and Conditions.

1. Cardholder must do straight charge single receipt transaction purchases at qualified merchants amounting to at least PhP 3,000 or PhP 6,000 per transaction.
2. Cardholder must apply for Mini Payments via Maya app after the qualified transaction is posted on the transaction history.
3. Cardholder must convert qualified transaction amount of at least PhP 3,000 to 3 or PhP 6,000 to 6 months installment. Only 3 and 6-month installments are qualified for interest reversal.
4. The 0% interest can be availed by way of interest reversal, which Maya will reflect in the cardholder’s account
   1. The monthly Mini Payment amortization must be posted already – the first amortization is posted in the account, one month after conversion of transaction to Mini Payments. The rest of the installments will follow the same schedule in the succeeding months. All succeeding installments will still include their corresponding interest to be reversed
   2. Maya will perform the interest reversal for the corresponding installment within the first week of the following month

5. This promo is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Maya Credit Card Mini Payments
6. Cardholder will see the interest reversal in the transaction history and the applicable billing statement as ‘Finance Charge Adjustment’
7. If Mini Payments is availed together with non-qualified transactions, only the interest corresponding to the qualified transactions will be subject to interest reversal.
8. Transactions that are not qualified for this promo are those:
   1. Transactions made outside of the merchant list found in this promo guideline (see: Qualified Merchant Categories.xlsx)
   2. Less than PhP3,000 single receipt straight charge transaction made with qualified merchants
   3. More than 6 months Mini Payments conversion
   4. Mini Payments availed that are not for qualified transactions
   5. Past due card or suspended accounts at the time the installment is posted and the interest reversal is due for processing
      1. Interest reversal will only be processed for the corresponding installment each month
      2. No retroactive interest reversal will be done during subsequent months for uncredited interest reversal in case of breach of any stipulation in the Eligibility and Terms and Conditions.

1. Maya reserves the right to clawback interest reversal and/or not credit succeeding reversals if cardholders become past due and does not pay succeeding installments.
2. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
3. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of the prize, subject to prior approval by DTI-FTEB. 
4. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.
5. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a credit card payment is cancelled, declined, refunded, reversed or voided.
6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya credit cardholders only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or claw back rewards if one person has already received the benefit, even if already issued. 
7. Maya reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.
8. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
9. If a reward or benefit has already been awarded and a violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya reserves the right to claw back the prize or reward. 
10. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
