Enjoy up to ₱20,000 cashback when you reach an accumulated ₱2,000 fund transfer to Wallet with Maya Easy Credit!

The promo is open to new and existing Maya Easy Credit users. 

1. The promo will run from March 12-31, 2026. 
2. The promo is open to new and existing Maya Easy Credit users who will receive the following SMS and in-app notification spiel:
   "Congrats! You’re qualified to enjoy up to ₱20,000 cashback when you reach an accumulated spend of ₱2,000 using Maya Easy Credit! DTI-251554"
3. Users who do not receive the SMS spiel from Maya are not eligible to join the promo. 
4. For details on how your personal data is processed and protected, please refer to Maya's Privacy Policy and compliance with the Data Privacy Act, accessible in the Maya app. 
5. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they do the following activity. They can receive the following rewards only after reaching the specified spend. 
6. Qualified users can participate in the promo and earn rewards when they reach accumulated spend of ₱2,000 using Maya Easy Credit. 
7. Once the qualifying transaction is made, users will receive a cashback voucher amounting to any one of the following:  
   • ₱5, or  
   • ₱50, or  
   • ₱20,000  
8. The cashback reward is capped at ₱20,000 per user or five (5) transactions per user for the entire promo duration, whichever comes first.  
9. A user must have an activated Maya Easy Credit account and maintain a good credit standing throughout the duration of the promo. A good credit standing means that the user is not past due to be eligible to earn the cashback voucher reward. 
10. Qualified users are reminded that the use of Maya Easy Credit is subject to its own terms and conditions., and total loan costs as disclosed in the Maya app and official terms and conditions. 
11. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the user was found to be past due at the end of the promo period after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to claw back the prize/reward give, or its corresponding monetary value. 
12. The necessary transactions made udring the promo period must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the cashback voucher. 
13. The cashback reward will be credited to the qualified user’s Maya app in the form of a voucher within thirty business days after the end of the promo period. 
14. To redeem the cashback / voucher, qualified users should follow these steps: 
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account. 
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen. 
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim". 
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”. 
    5. A confirmation notification will be sent via the app and SMS. 
15. Qualified users can redeem their voucher within 60 days after receiving the reward. 
16. Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 
    1. Maya Business users and merchant accounts are not eligible for this promo. 
    2. The promo is applicable to unique, valid, and verified Maya accounts only. 
    3. Users with duplicate account or who are blacklisted cannot participate 
    4. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a reward if a participant is found to have a duplicate account or is blacklisted. 
    5. Maya reserves the right to refuse rewards to accounts suspected of being fraudulent or abusing system loopholes (“gaming” the promo).

1. The cashback reward received by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward. 2. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 30 business days after the promo period.  
3. Refunded transactions made through the Maya app do not qualify for the promo. 
4. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
5. Those who are proven of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is proven of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards. 
6. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given. 
7. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). 
8. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient. 
9. The customer must notify Maya of any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. 10. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
