Maya XP Boosters are tasks that eligible users can complete to earn additional XP and boost their Maya XP score.
Only select Maya users who have accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Maya XP Program are eligible. Users must also have registered for Maya before the start of the current calendar month.
Your eligibility for Booster tasks is based on your Maya XP level at the beginning of the month. You may complete eligible tasks until the end of that calendar month.
Once you successfully complete a Booster task, your XP boost will be credited to your Maya XP within 72 hours.
All XP boosts earned through this feature expire at 9:00 PM on the last day of the calendar month in which they are earned.
Your XP score may decrease at the beginning of a new month because the XP boosts you earned in the previous month have expired. This is expected and does not necessarily mean that your underlying Maya activity has decreased.
Continue engaging with Maya and completing eligible Booster tasks when they become available. Please note that previous month's XP boosts will no longer contribute to your score after they expire.
No. Once you have completed a Booster task, you must wait until the following calendar month to become eligible for the same task again, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.
Eligible transactions depend on the specific Booster task:
- QR payments: QR Ph (QRPH)-based transactions only.
- Online payments: Direct payments using Maya as the payment method only.
- Card payments: Payments made through physical card terminals using the Maya Wallet Card.
- Bills Payment: Payments to Maya Bank are excluded.
No. Maya reserves the right to withhold XP awards for transactions involving certain merchant categories, including gambling and casinos, quasi-cash transactions, account funding transactions, adult content, escort services, and drugs or marijuana products.
Your XP boost will be credited within 72 hours of successful completion. However, all XP boosts earned through this feature expire at 9:00 PM on the last day of that calendar month. If you complete a task close to month-end, your boost may be credited shortly before or after its expiration time.
Yes. You must accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Maya XP Program to be eligible for this feature.
- This feature is only open to select Maya users, who have accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies for the Maya XP Program.
- Users are eligible to perform booster tasks based on their Maya XP level at the start of the month, these tasks will be eligible until completion until the end of the month.
- Once completed, the booster will be credited to the user's Maya XP within 72 hours. These will expire at 9:00PM on the last day of the month.
- Once a user has completed the mission, they will have to wait until the following calendar month to be eligible again.
- Booster missions will only be available to users who did not register to maya within the current calendar month.
- QR transactions refer to QRPH-based transactions only.
- Online transactions will only be considered for direct pay with maya transactions only.
- Only card terminal payments with the Maya wallet card will be counted.
- Bills payment will not count payments made to Maya Bank.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse awarding of XP to transactions that fall under certain merchants, such as, but are not limited to: Gambling & Casinos, Quasi-cash, Account Funding Transactions, Adult Content, Escort Services, Drugs & Marijuana products.
