The promo period is from November 1-30, 2024.
This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P10 / P100 / P1000 cashback when they pay P1,000 worth of participating bills on the Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Valid for first time bill payers. Users can avail of the cashback reward 3x during the promo period.
User must pay P1,000 worth of bills from participating categories. Qualified bills pay transactions for this promo are limited to billers listed under the following payment categories in the app: Water, Electricity, Cable & Internet, Telecoms, Loans, Insurance, Government, Real Estate, Schools, Toll.
Payment transactions must be done within the indicated promo duration and must be subsequently cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – ₱50,000 for starter accounts and ₱100,000 for upgraded

Eligibility

Bonus miles are given to users who will pay at Moai using their Maya Black via Maya terminal.
All purchases must be made within the program period to ensure Bonus miles are credited to your Maya Black.

Mechanics

Program is valid until December 31, 2025
This program is open to all Maya Black credit card users.
For each qualified Maya Black transaction made during the program period, user will earn 2x miles from Moai.
- Earn 1 Maya mile for every ₱40 spend
Bonus miles are applicable at Moai branches.

Terms & Conditions

Transactions with Preferred Merchants shall fall under the Preferred Merchants Maya Black Credit Card (MBCC) Program or Preferred Merchants MCC Program. It is open to Maya Black Credit Cardholders who are active and in good credit standing at the time of the qualifying transaction. (“Participant”). 
Maya shall be solely responsible for identifying partner merchants (“Preferred Merchants”) which will participate in the Preferred Merchants MBCC Program. Preferred Merchants may have varying multiplier for Maya Miles to be issued to Participants for Qualifying Transactions. (“Miles Multiplier”).  
Only transactions completed by Participants in Preferred Merchants within the Partnership Period, as specified in the Maya App, using a Maya Black Credit Card will be qualified to receive Bonus Miles 
Maya reserves the right to indicate additional criteria or terms for Qualifying Transactions for each Preferred Merchant. Cardholders shall be notified of such additional criteria, if any, through the Maya app. 
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this program. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the earning of Maya Miles to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent including but not limited to abuse of system or weakness in the promo to earn bonus Maya Miles.  
Should the qualified transaction be refunded or cancelled, whether by the Cardholder, any Merchant or by Maya, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the Bonus Miles awarded.  
A Participant who completes a qualifying transaction will be eligible to receive: 1.  Baseline Maya Miles based on completed transaction amount; and, 2. additional Maya Miles (“Bonus Miles”) based on transaction amount and Miles Multiplier of the Preferred Merchant.
- Example:  
  - Participant spends PHP1,100.00 using their Maya Black Credit Card at a Preferred Merchant offering 2X Miles Multiplier, then: 
  - Participant is eligible to earn 27 Baseline Maya Miles from that transaction or 1 Mile for every PHP40.00 spent as part of the Maya Black Credit Card Loyalty Program 
  - Participant will also be eligible to earn 27 Bonus Miles from the same transaction as part of the Preferred Merchants MBCC Program 
Bonus Miles earned by Participants will be treated as equivalent to Maya Miles earned under these T&Cs. 
Bonus Miles will be credited to the Participant upon successful posted transaction. Participants will be notified of the Bonus Miles earned transaction as reflected in the Maya App. 
Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya Black Credit Card, the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of the Maya Miles earning and redemption. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply: 
- The Preferred Merchants MBCC Program is applicable to unique Maya Black Credit Cardholders only. Cardholders who will be found with duplicate accounts and who will be blacklisted after credit card issuance are disqualified from participating in any Maya Black Credit Card Programs. 
- Maya reserves the right to cancel the Bonus Miles and cancel the Credit Card if proven to be a duplicate or blacklisted account. 
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of Maya Miles and cancel the Credit Card that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to earn bonus Maya Miles.  
The Bonus Miles earned by the Participant shall be deemed final unless the Cardholder files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of Maya Miles.
