Users applying for Maya Personal Loan will get a chance to earn up to 1,500 cashback upon successful loan. Cashback rewards will be awarded as vouchers

1. The promo will run from December 9, 2024 to December 31, 2024.    
2. The promo is open to select upgraded Maya users who will receive the following targeted SMS or in-app notification:    
   1. Apply for a Maya Personal Loan to receive rewards! Terms & conditions apply. Promo runs until December 31, 2024.   
3. Eligible users can qualify for a reward upon completion of all criteria of a maximum of one (1) reward as listed below.    
   1. Users must receive notification via SMS or in-app as stated in #2    
   2. Users must apply for Maya Personal Loan in the Maya app and be approved for the loan,     
   3. Qualified users successfully receive their loan drawdown in their Maya Wallet, reward amount is based on the ff spend requirements:

   4. Cashback rewards will be awarded as vouchers and users can only avail of the reward 1x. To redeem the voucher, winners should follow these steps:    
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to the account.    
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.    
   3. Users select the voucher they want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".    
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.    
   5. User will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.    
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in the Maya Wallet account balance.  

1. Unclaimed vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt of voucher.    
2. Qualified users will receive their cashback from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen   (14) days after the promo period.     
3. Maya and/or Maya Bank account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of any Maya and/or Maya Bank promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya and/or Maya Bank are not qualified to participate in this promo.    
4. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya and/or Maya Bank system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.    
5. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya and/or Maya Bank shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.    
6. Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).    

1. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward from the Maya wallet balance equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when the balance becomes sufficient.    
2. Maya and/or Maya Bank users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.    
3. In case of dispute, Maya reserves the right to act and decide on such dispute. Maya’s decision over the dispute shall be considered final.     
4. The customer must notify Maya and/or Maya Bank for any complaints regarding the promo. 5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
