1. Buy crypto for as low as ₱1 and get a chance to win ₱1,000,000! 
2. Simply do the following:
   1. Buy or sell crypto – Make qualifying cryptocurrency transactions on Maya Crypto. Every ₱1 worth of crypto bought or sold earns you 1 raffle entry. 
   2. Earn more entries – The more crypto you buy or sell, the more raffle entries you earn and the more chances you get to win! 
3. Join the raffle promo from October 22 to December 17, 2026. 
4. Only single transaction and whole-peso amounts shall be counted in determining raffle entries, with any decimal amount disregarded.

The Promotion is open to valid Maya users who have an active Maya account, a Maya Crypto account, and have accepted Maya’s Terms and Conditions. 

Raffle Entry Mechanics: 

1. The promo period is from October 22 to December 17, 2026. 
2. To participate in Maya Crypto’s Buy P1, Gets P1 Million Raffle Promo; the user must have: 
   1. Maya account, 
   2. Maya Crypto account, and 
   3. Accepted Maya’s terms and conditions. 
3. Participation in Buy 1, Gets P1 Million raffle promo is voluntary. To join the promo, the user must opt-in through in-app comms.
4. Only qualifying cryptocurrency transactions made after the user successfully opts in to the Promo by clicking “Agree” on the promo opt-in in-app comms, pre, and during the Promo Period from October 22 to December 17, 2026, shall earn raffle entries. By clicking “Agree,” the user confirms their participation and acceptance of the Promo Terms and Conditions. 
5. Users can earn raffle entries by buying or selling cryptocurrency through Maya Crypto during the Promo Period after successfully opting in to the Promo. 
6. For every ₱1 worth of cryptocurrency bought or sold, the user earns one (1) raffle entry. 
7. Raffle entries are based on the total peso value traded, not on the number of transactions made. 
8. Only single transaction and whole-peso amounts shall be counted in determining raffle entries, with any decimal amount disregarded.

   • Buy ₱1.5 worth of BTC = 1 raffle entry 
   • Sell ₱1 worth of BTC = 1 raffle entry

9. A registered joiner only has a chance to win twice during the promo:
   1. 1x during weekly and monthly draws. Once a user wins in either a weekly or monthly draw, he/she cannot win anymore. 
   2. 1x for grand prize winner. All registered joiners who participated in the promo is eligible to win the grand prize.
10. Invalid Transactions: Cancelled, voided, reversed, refunded, or declined cryptocurrency transactions shall not qualify for raffle entries. Maya reserves the right to invalidate or deduct any raffle entries earned from such transactions, including entries already credited to the participant’s account. 
11. Winner Selection: 
    • A total of 91 winners will be selected during the promo period 
    • A registered joiner only has a chance to win twice during the promo:
      • 1x during weekly and monthly draws. Once a user wins in either a weekly or monthly draw, he/ she cannot win anymore in weekly/ monthly draws. 
      • 1x for grand prize winner. All registered joiners who participated in the promo is eligible to win the grand prize.

    Prize Fulfillment:
    • Winners will receive the prize amount in Philippine pesos, which will be credited to their designated Maya Wallet account upon fulfillment of the prize.
    • Maya may temporarily increase applicable account or wallet limits for 30 days to accommodate prize crediting. 
12. Prizes exceeding ₱10,000 are subject to applicable taxes in accordance with existing Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations. Any applicable tax shall be shouldered by Maya and shall be properly withheld and remitted in accordance with applicable tax regulations. 
13. All raffle entries are carried over until the last raffle draw date, provided that the user hasn’t won in any draws. Users who have won in the weekly and monthly raffle draws will be blacklisted in the succeeding draws; but will be part again once we draw for the Grand Prize winner.
14. The raffle draw will be drawn through a winner picker online platform, online with the presence of Maya promo owners, at the specified raffle draw date.

15. Weekly prize winners will receive their prize on their Maya Wallet upon successful verification of their entries. Prizes are as follows: 
    1. P1,000 each – 80 winners 
    2. P10,000 each – 8 winners 
16. To facilitate verification for the monthly prize winners (2 users, P100,000 each), and grand prize winner (1 user, P1 million), the winner must respond to the notification and email winner@maya.ph with the following: 
    1. Two (2) valid government-issued ID; 
    2. Complete residential address 
    3. Tax Identification Number (TIN) 
    Winners on this tier must reply with the necessary information within 7 working days, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. In the event this happens, a buffer/ substitute winner will be awarded instead.
17. Winners may be asked to provide consent to participate in interviews and/or promotional activities related to the Promo. With their consent, photos and videos of the winners may be used in promotional and advertising materials through Maya’s official communication channels. 
18. This Promo may be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos. 
19. Any prize credited to a winner shall be deemed final unless the winner notifies Maya of any error in the prize crediting, including but not limited to an incorrect or uncredited prize, within sixty (60) days from the announcement of the winners or the date the prize was credited, whichever is later. 
20. This Promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya accounts. Duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid accounts are not eligible to participate. Maya reserves the right to disqualify such accounts and cancel, withdraw, or recover any prize awarded in connection with the Promo, subject to applicable laws and regulations. 
21. If a winner is subsequently found to have violated the Promo mechanics or Terms and Conditions, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity, Maya reserves the right to forfeit or claw back the prize awarded and debit the corresponding amount from the winner’s Maya balance, subject to applicable laws and regulations. If the balance is insufficient, Maya may debit the remaining amount once the balance is sufficient. 
22. In case of disputes, complaints, or concerns regarding eligibility, the Promo period, prize fulfillment, or other matters relating to the Promo, Maya’s decision shall prevail and be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Terms and Conditions 

1. Maya reserves the right to determine eligibility for participation in Crypto Cup and may refuse, suspend, restrict, or revoke participation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations. 
2. Former employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Maya Bank, Inc., and the MVP Group of Companies whose employment ended within seven hundred thirty (730) days prior to the promo start date are likewise disqualified from participating in the promotion. 
3. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Bank, Inc., Maya PH (Maya Philippines, Inc.), Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion/raffle. 
4. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo. 
5. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who have violated or are subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo. 
6. All qualifying cryptocurrency transactions must be valid and successfully completed. Cancelled, voided, reversed, refunded, or declined cryptocurrency transactions shall not qualify for raffle entries. Maya reserves the right to invalidate or deduct any raffle entries earned from such transactions, including entries already credited to the participant’s account. 
7. All winners will be notified via in-app notification, SMS sent to their Maya-registered mobile number, and email. A Maya representative may also contact each winner to verify their identity and provide instructions for prize fulfillment. 8. Prizes will be awarded as cash, which will be wired in the joiner’s registered Maya Wallet. 
9. To facilitate verification for the monthly prize winners (2 users, P100,000 each), and grand prize winner (1 user, P1 million), the winner must respond to the notification and email winner@maya.ph with the following:

13. 15. Maya reserves the right to withhold, refuse, cancel, or revoke any prizes awarded to accounts found to be fraudulent, invalid, suspicious, or involved in gaming, abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the promotion, Maya systems, or any identified loopholes. 
16. Users with duplicate Maya accounts or accounts that have been blacklisted by Maya are disqualified from participating in this promotion. Maya reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or recover any prizes awarded if a participant is subsequently determined to have a duplicate account or is found to be blacklisted. 
17. Maya reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion, in whole or in part, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, fraud, technical issues, security concerns, or any other situation that may compromise the integrity, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
