This promo is open to all Maya users, with a mobile number from any of the local telco providers (i.e., Smart/Sun Cellular/TNT, Globe/TM, DITO, etc.), who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Users can participate in this promo and get P1 / P10 / P100 / P1000 cashback when they pay P1,000 worth of participating bills on the Maya app. The amount of cashback to qualified users will be randomly rewarded via system.
Valid for first time bill payers. Users can avail of the cashback reward 3x during the promo period.
User must pay P1,000 worth of bills from participating categories. Qualified bills pay transactions for this promo are limited to billers listed under the following payment categories in the app: Water, Electricity, Cable & Internet, Telecoms, Loans, Insurance, Government, Real Estate, Schools, Toll.
Payment transactions must be done within the indicated promo duration and must be subsequently cleared, successful, and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
Qualified users will receive their reward/s through the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”.
4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
Maya users will receive their cashback rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the end of the promo period to reconcile and verify user activity with system voucher rewarding.
Unclaimed cashback vouchers will expire within 60 days upon receipt.
This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only registered under a unique mobile number and device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts. Moreover, accounts created, and transactions made outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
Maya users with merchant accounts and under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo. Moreover, Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
Refunded transactions made through the Maya app will not qualify for this promo. Moreover, splitting the same bill for the same biller and account number into multiple transactions is not allowed and is subject to withdrawal of cashback.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or a participant is blacklisted.
Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of the system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc. and its third-party suppliers, Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

Offer Details:

  1. Qualified users will receive the free convenience fee through a fixed cashback voucher in the Maya app. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:

FAQs

What if a customer has both Maya Black Credit Card and Landers Credit Card, to which credit card will the miles/points be credited to?

If customer has both credit cards, we will credit Landers points to their Landers Credit Card.

What if an eligible customer transfers on month 2? Will he/she still get the rewards?

Yes! Customers can still get the reward on month 2 since they meet the eligibility rules however, for them to continue getting the reward on the succeeding months, they should be able to transfer the required minimum amount for 3 consecutive months.

If a customer is unable to transfer on consecutive, months will they still get the reward?

No, the customer won’t receive the rewards if they are not able to transfer the minimum required amount of PHP20K for 3 consecutive months.

If a customer spends at least PHP5K and receives the bonus Maya Miles/ Landers points, then makes a refund on the transaction, will the reward be clawed back?

Yes, we will clawback the bonus Maya Miles/ Landers points if the transaction is refunded and proven to be fraudulent.

Can I transfer the minimum required amount in tranches?

Yes, you can transfer the minimum required amount either through single or accumulated transfer within the month however, you will only be rewarded with the PHP15 cashback voucher once you have transferred the minimum required amount of PHP20K.

Can I spend a cumulative amount of PHP5K to get the bonus Maya Miles/Lander points?

Yes, you can spend a cumulative amount of PHP5K within the same month you moved the minimum transfer amount of PHP20K in order to get the bonus Maya Miles/Landers points.

Do I have to spend a cumulative amount of PHP5K using my Maya Black Credit Card or Landers Credit Card in order to receive the PHP15 cashback voucher?

You will immediately receive the PHP15 cashback voucher once you are able to transfer at least PHP20K to your Maya Wallet
via Instapay. In order to get the bonus Maya Miles/Landers points, you should be able to spend a cumulative amount of PHP5K using either your Maya Black Credit Card or Landers Credit Card within that same month that you transferred money to your Maya account.

Am I guaranteed to get a Credit Limit Increase if I am able to transfer the minimum required amount of PHP20K for 3 consecutive months

Credit limit increase is still subject for evaluation for all users and is not guaranteed.

Does the cashback voucher have an expiration?

No, the cashback vouchers do not expire.

Does the bonus Maya Miles and bonus Landers points expire?

No, the bonus Maya Miles and bonus Landers points have no expiration.

If I am unable to spend at least PHP5K using my Maya Black Credit Card or Landers Credit Card within the same month after I’ve transferred the required minimum amount, will that break my consecutive streak?

No, it won’t. So long as you continue to transfer at least PHP20K to your Maya wallet every month, you are still eligible for the free Instapay and potentially get a credit limit increase upon evaluation on the 3rd month. You just won’t get the bonus Miles/Landers points since you did not use your Credit Card to spend at least PHP5K for that month.
