Mechanics

Campaign Period: June- December 2026

Campaign Mechanics:

This campaign is open to Concentrix, Accenture, and Teleperformance BPO employees who will nominate Maya as their Payroll account. The list of partner companies for payroll will be updated on an ongoing basis.
After nominating Maya, the employee information will be passed to Maya for whitelisting.
The employee will receive an invitation to activate their Maya XP in their app. Users must activate their Maya XP by accepting Maya XP Terms & Conditions, to avail their Payroll-exclusive perks.
After Maya XP activation, users will now enjoy the exclusive benefits of Maya Payroll!

Terms & Conditions

This benefit is applicable to unique and valid Maya Payroll accounts only.
This benefit is only available to eligible users who have accepted the terms and conditions of the Maya XP program.
Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this benefit.
Maya reserves the right to clawback cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the benefit to win prizes or receive benefits).
Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Center or Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this benefit.
Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the benefit. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. What is the Maya Payroll Program?

The Maya Payroll Program rewards employees who choose Maya as their payroll account.

If your employer allows you to nominate your own bank or e-wallet, you can select your Maya account and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Who can join the Maya Payroll Program?

You can join if:
1. Your employer is part of the Maya Payroll Program, and
2. You receive your salary in your Maya account
3. You have activated Maya XP by clicking “I Agree” on Maya XP’s terms and conditions.

How do I become eligible?

To qualify:

Check if your company is part of the program
Nominate your Maya account as your payroll account with your employer
Receive your salary in your Maya account
Activate Maya XP by clicking “I Agree” to Maya XP’s terms and conditions.

Note: No separate registration with Maya is required.

I already use Maya for my payroll. Am I eligible for this?

Yes, as long as:

Your employer is part of the program, and
Your salary is credited to your Maya account
You’ve activated Maya XP by clicking “I Agree” to Maya XP’s terms and conditions.

When do I start receiving benefits?

You’ll start receiving benefits once:

You meet all eligibility requirements, and Your payroll is successfully credited to your Maya account

Timelines may vary depending on the specific benefit.

What happens to my benefits if I change jobs or leave my company?

You can continue receiving benefits if:

Your new employer is part of the Maya Payroll Program, and

You continue to receive your salary in your Maya account

*You will continue to enjoy the program’s ongoing benefits. However, one-time perks (such as welcome freebies, debit cards, or other merchandise) may no longer apply.

If you are no longer employed by a participating company, you will no longer be eligible for the program benefits.

Please note: The additional 3% boosted interest will be discontinued starting the following month if you are no longer eligible under the program.

If I have an existing Maya account, do I need to create another one to enroll as my primary payroll account?

No need! You can use your existing Maya account to receive your payroll. Don’t forget to activate Maya XP first to access your exclusive payroll benefits.

What if I stop using Maya for my payroll?

If you stop receiving your salary in your Maya account, you will no longer be eligible to receive any of the program benefits.

How many times can I enjoy the +3% p.a. boost on Maya Savings?

You will start earning the boosted interest the following month after your payroll is enrolled to Maya. As long as you continue receiving your payroll through your Maya account, you will keep enjoying the +3% p.a. boost on your Maya Savings, credited daily.
