Campaign Mechanics:
1.1. The Maya Payroll Program is available only to eligible Maya users whose payroll is credited directly to their Maya Wallet through participating employers or accredited payroll providers identified by Maya.
1.2. Eligible users must have:

1.3. There is no separate enrollment process within Maya for the Maya Payroll Program. Participation is determined based on successful payroll crediting to the user’s Maya Wallet and compliance with applicable program requirements.
1.4. Users must nominate their Maya Wallet as their payroll account with their employer to participate in the Maya Payroll Program.
1.5. Maya reserves the right to validate payroll transactions, participating employers, payroll providers, and user eligibility before granting any Payroll Program benefit.
1.6. This benefit is applicable only to unique and valid Maya accounts. Users with duplicate, fictitious, fraudulent, suspended, restricted, or blacklisted accounts may be disqualified from participating in the program.
1.7. Maya users with merchant accounts and users under Maya Center or Maya Business are not eligible to participate in the Maya Payroll Program unless otherwise stated by Maya.
1.8. Payroll Program benefits may be suspended, discontinued, or removed once:
1.9. This benefit is only available to eligible users who have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Maya XP program.
1.10. Maya reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, reverse, or claw back any cashback, voucher, reward, boosted interest, or benefit granted under the Maya Payroll Program from accounts determined to be invalid, duplicate, fictitious, fraudulent, abusive, gamified, suspended, restricted, or in violation of applicable Maya Terms and Conditions or program mechanics.
1.11.Prohibited acts include, but is not limited to:
1.12. Maya may withdraw or reverse benefits even if these have already been credited to the user’s account.
1.13. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points or cash rewards credited from the user’s balance. If the balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be reversed at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the remaining amount once sufficient balance becomes available.
1.14. Maya users who exceed applicable account or wallet limits may experience delays in receiving cashback or rewards. Benefits may only be credited once the user’s account or wallet is within allowable limits, subject to applicable regulations and system restrictions.
1.15. Maya reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Maya Payroll Program or any of its benefits at any time, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
1.16. For concerns, clarifications, or complaints regarding the Maya Payroll Program, users may visit the Maya Help Center through the Maya app by going to Profile > Get Help. Decisions made by Maya regarding eligibility, qualification, and benefit crediting shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Instapay Cashback Voucher Benefit
2.1. Eligible users may receive cashback vouchers for qualified InstaPay sending transactions performed using their Maya Wallet.
2.2. Eligible cashback vouchers are typically credited within the same day after completion of an eligible transaction and may be viewed under the Vouchers tab in the Maya app.
2.3. Applicable monthly transaction limits and program mechanics may apply.
2.4. Only qualified InstaPay transactions determined by Maya shall be eligible for the cashback voucher benefit.
ATM Withdrawal Cashback Voucher Benefit
3.1. Eligible users may receive cashback vouchers for qualified ATM withdrawal transactions performed using their Maya Wallet Card.
3.2. Eligible cashback vouchers are typically credited within the same day after completion of an eligible transaction and may be viewed under the Vouchers tab in the Maya app.
3.3. Applicable monthly transaction limits and program mechanics may apply.
3.4. Only qualified ATM withdrawal transactions determined by Maya shall be eligible for the cashback voucher benefit.
Free Maya Mastercard Wallet Card Benefit
4.1. Eligible users may claim their free Maya Mastercard Wallet Card through the Maya app within thirty (30) calendar days upon receiving their Payroll badge under Maya XP or eligibility notification from Maya.
4.2. A card claim section will be available under the Cards tab in the Maya app.
4.3. Failure to claim the free Maya Mastercard Wallet Card within the applicable claim period may result in forfeiture of the benefit.
4.4. One-time Wallet Card benefits, freebies, or merchandise may no longer apply if the user changes employers or requalifies under a different participating employer.
Maya Savings +3% p.a. Boost Benefit
5.1. Eligible users will start earning the additional +3% p.a. boosted interest on Maya Savings starting the month following their first eligible payroll credit to their Maya Wallet.
5.2. The additional boosted interest applies only to balances of up to ₱100,000 in Maya Savings.
5.3. As long as payroll continues to be credited to the user’s Maya Wallet and all eligibility requirements remain satisfied, eligible users may continue receiving the additional boosted interest benefit.
5.4. The additional +3% p.a. boosted interest benefit is subject to applicable Maya Savings and Maya XP Terms and Conditions.
5.5. Once a user becomes ineligible under the Maya Payroll Program, the additional boosted interest benefit may be discontinued starting the following applicable benefit period.
The Maya Payroll Program rewards employees who choose Maya as their payroll account. If your employer (1) allows you to choose your preferred payroll account, and (2) a Maya Payroll partner, you can assign your Maya Wallet and enjoy exclusive payroll benefits and rewards.

You can use your existing Maya account to receive your payroll. Make sure your account is upgraded, Maya XP is activated, and you have an active Maya Savings account to access your payroll benefits.
If your payroll is no longer credited to your Maya Wallet, you will no longer be eligible for Maya Payroll Program benefits.
