1. New Maya users- those who created & registered their account from Oct.1-31, 2024

  Example: User creates & registers their Maya account on Oct. 1, 2024. They are only considered as a NEW Maya User until Oct. 31, 2024. They will be considered as an existing user beyond Oct. 31, 2024.

New Maya Users

Qualified New Maya users who are Maya Savings accountholders can enjoy a base interest rate of 3.5% p.a. on balances up to P5M, and increase their interest rate further based on the requirement per tier below:

If a Maya Savings accountholder who just opened a Savings account did not complete any of the transactions above on the Maya Wallet, he/she will still be enjoying a 3.5% interest rate p.a. on his/her Maya Savings account.

In case of (including but not limited to) user-triggered mobile number change, the total amount of qualified accumulated transactions will be reset to zero (Php 0) and the user has to transact at least Php 250 to Php35,250 with fund source Maya Wallet, and Php 3,000 with fund source from Maya Credit, worth of qualified transactions again to qualify for the promo.
Maya Credit transactions made via QR, Pay with Maya, or at the Maya Shop are the only qualified transactions considered for the +1% Php 3,000 spend via Maya Credit.
Accountholder will see on the Savings dashboard their qualification duration for bonus interest rate they are qualified for Maya Savings on the same day of their successful transaction.
An accountholder who qualified within a certain month, will get their bonus interest rate until the last day of the same qualifying month as illustrated below:

Accountholder will be able to see their qualification duration for the bonus interest rate on the Savings dashboard or on the Missions screen

Note: Make sure your app is updated to the latest version so you can track your boosted interest. You can check your Missions anytime to see your progress. For some users, you won't immediately see your Savings interest screen but your bonus interest will still be credited to your account every day after making a qualified transaction.

Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager (formerly PayMaya Business Manager or PBM) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya payments (Maya number, Maya QR or Maya card) made to Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager merchants or sub-merchants are not qualified for the promo.

Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are disqualified from participating in this promo.
Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
In case of disputes regarding accountholder's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

Campaign period starts from January 20, 2025 to March 31, 2025.
Select Maya Personal Loan users (Referrers) may participate in the campaign if they receive the following SMS spiel:
1. “Get up to ₱1,500 reward when you refer your family and friends to Maya Personal Loan using your code! Approval of referred users is subject to credit evaluation. For more details, visit the Maya app.”
2. Users who do not receive the spiel from Maya are not eligible to receive rewards from the campaign.
Referrers may refer new and existing Maya users who have not applied for a Maya Personal Loan. Referrers may refer up to a maximum of three (3) people to use the referral code in applying for a Maya Personal Loan.
Referral code will be invalid if used more than three (3) times, or until March 31, 2025, whichever comes first.
Referrers can qualify for a reward upon completion of the following criteria:
1. Receive an initial ₱150 for each referral that successfully activates a Maya Personal Loan
  1. User must apply for a Maya Personal Loan in the Maya app
  2. Referred users must be approved for a minimum loan amount of ₱30,000
  3. Referred users must be approved and accept the loan offer on or before April 7, 2025
2. Receive the remaining ₱350 for each referral that completes their first installment
  1. User must pay for their first loan installment on or before the due date
Referrer’s reward per successful referral is capped at ₱500. Referrer’s total reward is capped at ₱1,500.
Referees participating in the campaign should follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and tap “Missions” in the home screen
2. Scroll and look for “Maya Personal Loan MGM”
3. Enter the unique referral code provided by the Referrer
4. Receive SMS or in-app notification to apply
5. Once notification is received, go to the “Loans” tab
6. Apply for Maya Personal Loan and accept the loan offer (approval is subject to credit evaluation)
7. Pay for the first installment on or before the due date
Referrers are highly encouraged to share their unique referral codes with family and friends only. In the case that a Referrer is found to have shared the codes on large community platforms (i.e. online groups), Maya Bank shall have the right to deactivate the referral code and lock their Maya Personal Loan accounts.
The reward will be credited to the qualified Referrer’s Maya app in the form of a voucher up to forty (40) business days after the end of the campaign period for validation of loan repayment. To redeem the voucher, Referrers should follow these steps:
1. Open the Maya app and tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
2. Users select the voucher they want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
3. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
4. User will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
5. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in the Maya Wallet account balance

Why did I receive a referral code for Maya Personal Loan?

As a loyal Maya Personal Loan customer with good credit standing, you are eligible to participate as a Referrer in the Maya Personal Loan Refer and Earn campaign. Refer your family and friends to Maya Personal Loan using your unique referral code and earn up to ₱1,500!

Who can I share my referral code with?

Your referral code is exclusively for friends and family of selected Maya Personal Loan users. Please do not share the code on social media. In the case that you are found to have shared your referral code on large community platforms, Maya Bank shall reserve the right to void your referral code.

How many people can I refer?

You can send your referral code to a maximum of three (3) people who have not previously or currently availed of a Maya Personal Loan.

When does my referral code expire?

Your referral code is valid until it is used three (3) times, or until March 31, 2025, whichever comes first.

When will I be rewarded for my referral?

As a Referrer, you are eligible to receive up to ₱500 for each referral. The reward will be split into two parts: ₱150 once your Referral successfully activates their loan (min. 30k) and ₱350 once your Referral completes their first repayment on-time.

How do I redeem the reward voucher?

You will be notified of your reward once it is available. To redeem, open your Maya Wallet and scroll down to enter the Vouchers page, then claim your reward.

Why was my application rejected even if I used the referral code?

Maya is fully responsible for the operation of the Maya App, and the management and fulfillment of prizes under this promotion. Accordingly, the following disqualifications and limitations shall apply:

Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business app are disqualified in participating in this campaign.
The campaign is valid to unique, valid and verified Maya accounts only. Maya and/or Maya Bank account holders who are blacklisted due to a violation of any Maya and/or Maya Bank campaign, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya and/or Maya Bank are not qualified to participate in this campaign. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or if the participant is blacklisted.
Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya and/or Maya Bank system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the campaign or receive rewards.
If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya and/or Maya Bank shall have the right to claw back the reward given.
Maya and/or Maya Bank reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the campaign to win prizes or receive benefits).
The cashback reward will be disbursed to qualified users using their Maya-registered number.
The cashback reward receive by a qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer files a complaint within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the prize or reward.
Maya and/or Maya Bank users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits: P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
In case of dispute, Maya reserves the right to act and decide on such dispute. Maya’s decision over the dispute shall be considered final.
The customer must notify Maya and/or Maya Bank for any complaints regarding the campaign.
